I ordered pizza from this location on January 5 and never received my order. After calling the store, I was connected to the delivery driver and told him I never got my food. He first said he delivered it to the apartment building on the left, and I corrected him and said I am on the right. He then took back what he said and claimed that he delivered it to the right building, even though I never received my order. He insisted the food was delivered and told me to call back within five minutes if I could not find it. I called back within fifteen minutes because I did not find my food. He then told me to stand outside so he could drive by. My husband went outside, and the driver drove right past him and went back to the store. I then called Domino’s and asked for a refund and was told to call back the next day to speak with the manager. The next day, I called and was told refunds take three to ten days. On the tenth day, I called again and spoke to an employee who said the manager was right outside and that he would call me back, but I never received a call. After waiting several hours, I went into the store in person and spoke with the manager, who told me it would take another three to ten days to receive my refund. After fourteen days, I contacted customer service and was told refunds should only take three to ten days total, not fourteen. When I relayed this information to the store, I was then told they do not give refunds and only issue store credit. However, when I went into the store to receive the store credit, they gave me my cash refund instead, which shows this could have been resolved much earlier. To make matters worse, I later found out the manager is also a delivery driver and was the same person involved the day my order went missing, meaning he was present from the beginning even though I was told to call the manager separately. This experience involved poor communication, conflicting information, and unnecessary delays.

Excited to have a Dominos in our small town. Opening a restaurant is not an easy thing to do. We waited a few weeks for the bugs to get ironed out. Our kids love the $6.99 pasta/pizza menu. When we got our meals there was hardly any pasta or chicken in them. While I understand about the chicken, pasta is so cheap! Come on, $7 for Mac and cheese, you have to actually give your customers something to eat!!!

Domino’s thin crust is my favorite thin crust pizza. I ordered one today using my rewards points. It was a beautiful pizza and tasted as good as it looks.
I ordered on the app, which is super easy, and the Dominos employee, Sam, saw me arrive and was standing at the counter with it, waiting for me to get inside…I didn’t even have to have the app tell them that I was there. Love this place!

I placed a delivery order at 12:15 AM on 10/25 for a medium CBR pizza, two types of bread bites, and 8-piece garlic parmesan wings. I generously tipped 25% given the late delivery time. The wings were missing from the order. When I called the next day, the conversation was immediately confrontational. The employee refused to acknowledge the store’s closure at 1:00 AM as a reason for not calling sooner and repeatedly engaged in a disrespectful back-and-forth, insisting the missing item was delivered. This staff member offered zero resolution or compensation. I have never been treated so dismissively by any other restaurant. Based on the representative’s disrespectful demeanor, particularly the perceived sexism and unwillingness to address a simple service failure, this store displays a complete lack of professionalism. This is how you permanently lose customers. I will never order from here again.

I ordered 4 subs (1 bacon chicken ranch , 3 Philly cheese steak) and 1 cheese pizza for pickup. I walk in , give my name , grab my prepaid order. I cant wait to get home and eat after working all day. I open up my sub box and find hardly any meat on my Philly cheese steak subs. None of the 3 had more than an ounce of meat on them. I paid $9 per sub. Where’s the beef ???? My cheese pizza was damn near all dough. A hint of dried sauce and a fraction of the normal amount of cheese on it AND I PAID FOR EXTRA CHEESE. I get wanting to save costs but at least make sure your patrons are happy. Highly disappointed. I dont even have the option to ad a picture on here to show everyone .

Got my delivery but was missing a pizza. Tried to have it delivered and they said it was already delivered. Called and was hung up on 5 times then went in for my pizza just to have a fuss about it. If I pay for food I expect to get the food I paid for. Now my kids are going to bed late because you can’t admit to a mistake. I paid a delivery charge and a gave a tip to go and pick up my own order.

Specified that I wanted my pizza handed to me on the app (one of the options when ordering), checked outside because the pizza hadn’t arrived yet, but it had. The driver laid the order on the concrete step outside my door in the 30 degree weather and by the time I found it, it was ice cold and they refused to refund me or do anything about it when I called.

My family and I love the new Domino’s that opened up in little Edinboro. We order at least once a month (more like twice, lol) mostly delivery and it is hot, cheesy, and delicious every time. The one time my sister and myself picked up it was July 3rd this year, the night the university hosted the amazing firework show. When we got there the young men were all working hard by an extremely hot pizza oven on a summer day. These gentlemen took their time to stop and greet us, speak with us and serve us right away. Our food was hot and ready, on time and I must say it was a great choice to bring pizza to the show. We told them we were headed to the fireworks so they packed us an extra bag with paper plates, plastic utensils, and napkins which ended up making the experience we had even better. The young men that are always working hard in the store and on the road are so polite, respectful, and they know how to make their pizzas just right! I have never waited over an hour to get my order delivered, in fact they seem to usually run only 30 or 40 minutes with the exception of their busiest hours, which hopefully everyone understands that these individuals are professionals not magicians and feeding many homes in our community at the same time is hard work and time is needed to make everyones food fresh and delicious. Anyways thanks so much for bringing this fun new deliverable option to the town, I will continue to order from y’all and
