Had pizza delivered and the driver tried to take it to the one working on a car. Was told to take it to the house and give it to us. Instead the driver sets it on a stool on the porch, no knocking and no ringing door bell. Didnt know the pizza was delivered until someone stepped outside and smelled it. There are cats that roam outside and its cold out. The one that ordered the pizza called and the one on the phone just made excuses and the driver said he was told to put it on porch which is not true. We all were hungry and ate it anyway. Put order in by 6:10pm brought in house 5 minutes to 7pm. No knowledge of being delivered or as to when it was delivered. The person working on car didnt know they didnt go to the door, which the driver was told to do. The one on the phone only wanted to make excuses and ignore the fact that their driver left the pizza on the porch without knocking or ringing door bell, even after being told to take it to the house not the car. Was not told leave it on porch.

At this moment I’m absolutely appalled I order late night food to get delivered from the online app for the oil city location and they brought my food I get my pasta and no Alfredo sauce. So I call and proceed to explain what is wrong and he goes on about how next time maybe I shouldn’t wait till last minute to order and I proceeded to say this isn’t about what time and if it’s a problem go on google and they say you close at 2am not 1 am. After I said that he started getting real agitated and hung up on me. This is unacceptable and I’m so off put to this store. I want my money back. How rude.

The food was great both times I ordered. The 1st time I ordered a large meat pizza half no olives n a dip w knots. However my pizza and dip were trashed when it arrived. I still ate some of the knots and dip which were amazing. Pizza had olives everywhere so I skipped it. They made it right for me. I just ordered a half steak half chicken bacon ranch n tomato pizza and it’s AMAZING!

Id like to start out by saying that dominoes is typically so yummy and our go-to late night dinner option. Prior to this incident, I hadn’t really had any bad experiences apart from the delivery drivers being absolutely reckless on the roads. Anyhow, I’d placed an order for carryout at the Oil City store at around 11:30PM and when the app prompted us to arrive for pickup, we did. My boyfriend went into the shop while I waited in the car. He was in there about 15 minutes before he came back out to explain that they never put the pizza in the oven. I asked if they ever did anything for the inconvenience and he explained that they hadn’t. When we received the pizzas, one was placed in the oven and was boxed, while the other had never been started. Understandably, that’s frustrating due to the app claiming both were ready for pickup. I then walked inside to ask if there was a possibility of them taking money off for the pizza that sat cold whilst the other was cooking. The woman at the front of the counter told me “No, it was just a mistake.” I won’t bore anyone with the details but the woman quite literally told me that it “would kill her” to take a discount on the pizza. I wish that was me being overdramatic. Will I continue going here? Yeah. But the service sucks so there’s my 1-star rating. Thanks

This location has only been open for a few days but I had no issues ordering and getting my food within 20 minutes as carry out. I called ahead first to check on how busy they were and they were very friendly on the phone and in store. The food was very good and cooked perfectly. One of my favorite chain pizzas places didn’t disappoint.

The food is good but it bothers me that while preparing the food, they don’t wear gloves. They go from pizza preparing to cash register without washing hands or gloves. Is this even legal?

Ordered a pizza and a salad. The pizza was awful! And the salad was a pre made salad kit that expired in 2 days. Lettuce was brown and soggy and what was ok enough to eat tasted weird. Won’t order from there again.

I order a pizza online at 1115 pm location is supposed to be open till midnight. I received a phone call from a lady claiming to be manager at 1130 pm saying they had to cancel my order because they were closed . And my order was a carry out order !!!!!
