I ordered bone in wings, they were barely sauced and they just didn’t taste right at all. They were more mushy than they should have been. This wouldn’t have been a review if the owner Rob would have just apologized and offered a solution. Instead, he then emailed me saying that the sauce could have been better but there was no way the wings could have been bad. Then, he tried saying he called everyone before and after me to see if their wings were ok (as someone who works in the restaurant business I knew this was a lie) and behind his email you could tell he was not being nice about it, and never apologized. Then offered a gift card, which I just wanted an actual refund at this point. I had my husband call in and he was very rude and did not speak appropriately to him. He told him that I gave him two numbers and the first one he called, he claimed that it sounded like the person had a learning disability that answered (WHICH IS NOT OK TO SAY!). He also told my husband he had to go to the doctor’s for the migraine that we basically caused him from paperwork. He just sat there and argued about the whole thing with my husband (OVER A REFUND ON WINGS). When he offered the refund, he pulled up my husbands address and asked if he could deliver the refund to us at our address. My husband told him absolutely not! All of this is not ok, and I think that everyone needs to be aware of who is running Dominos. I am very disappointed about this, and we will NEVER be going back here along with a lot of other people we have told this to that live in Slippery Rock.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Delivery was absolutely on point! My order arrived right on time, the food was hot, fresh, and nicely prepared. I really appreciated that it was delivered right to my door at the Fairfield Inn since I’m here on a business trip and don’t have a car. The driver was courteous, and everything was exactly as ordered. Kudos to the Domino’s Slippery Rock team for providing such excellent service, you made dinner easy and delicious!

Order 783 for manager reference. I placed an online order for curbside pickup. The pepperoni pizza was supposed to have extra pepperoni and didn’t. I called and spoke with an employee after waiting for almost 10 minutes on hold and explained the issue with my order. He then offered a customer credit and I said I wanted my dinner instead. I asked what the wait time would be to get another pie to me and was quoted 2 hours. When I questioned the employee on the extremely long wait his response was “our manager sucks and we only have only have 3 people working inside and one delivery driver.” Once I finally get my replacement pizza this was the outcome. I’ve washed my hands of this location. We will be ordering from other establishments from now on.

Best pizza around! Domino’s in Butler and Sarver don’t even come close to the quality of this shop. The owner puts his heart and soul into his store. You will be hard pressed to find a Domino’s this good! Keep doing what you’re doing!

Domino’s in Slippery Rock is one of those places that’s always there when you need it—reliable, fast, and surprisingly consistent. Whether it’s a late-night study session, a quick dinner between classes, or a game night with friends, they’ve got your back with hot, satisfying pizza that hits the spot every time.
The staff here work hard and move fast, especially during peak times like weekends or college rush hours. Even when they’re slammed, they keep things moving, and I’ve always appreciated how friendly and upbeat they are. They do a great job getting orders out quickly, whether you’re grabbing takeout or waiting on a delivery.
The food itself is exactly what you want from Domino’s: melty cheese, crispy crust, and plenty of options to customize your order. The specialty pizzas are always solid, but I also love their pasta bowls and cheesy bread when I’m in the mood for something different. Everything arrives hot, fresh, and neatly packed.
It’s also one of the more reliable late-night food spots in Slippery Rock, which is a lifesaver in a small town with limited options after hours. Their online ordering system makes it easy to track your order and avoid any surprises, and I’ve rarely had any issues with accuracy.
Overall, this location has earned its spot as a staple in the community. It might not be fancy, but it’s fast, dependable, and just what you need when the pizza craving hits. Definitely a go-to in Slippery Rock.

Convenient location in the heart of Slippery Rock. Fast service and delicious pizza. The Domino’s app is the best ordering experience I have ever had ordering pizza! The store owner Rob is nice and very supportive of the local community.

It’s really terrible how far down the Domino’s in Slippery Rock has gone. The past 3 times the food has been cold and hasn’t tasted the way it should. I’m not sure if it’s new ingredients or just terrible “help.” I have heard rumors that they have a hard time keeping workers and it is really showing. The delivery driver said, on the app, that my order was delivered. It was not on the porch, as I had asked for on the app. I called the store and asked where it was, the person on the phone lied and said it had been dropped off. I said, there was no food. The person refused to take anything off of my order and sent the original order so apparently the food was not dropped off originally. The person reassured me that my food would be “WARM,” um I don’t know if this has changed but don’t people like food to be delivered “HOT?” DO NOT GO HERE!

Service was terrible. We called to ask what the ETA on the pizza we ordered was, and we received terrible cooperation. The man who answered was unnecessarily aggressive- even after we were trying to work with him.
