Had a wonderful experience at this location.The staff is awesome and the food is delicious. We ordered two pizzas and parmesan bread bites. The food was great. The man who gave us our order was very welcoming and friendly. He asked if we need paper plates and condiments etc.Would highly recommend this place as their food and service both deserve 5 stars!!!

First time getting pizza from this location.
I ordered the deal on 2-17-2023 for 6.99 if you bought 2 or 3 items.
I used the website and didn’t have any issues with ordering.
I ordered the medium 2 topping, 8 Boneless wings, and garlic knots.
I didn’t have any problem finding a parking spot. When I got there it was ready and the staff was very friendly and nice.
The deals they had going on were very good deals. I also got a 3 dollar off my next purchase since I picked it up, which was nice.
The pizza was good but a little overdone for my taste. The boneless wings were amazing. The garlic knots were good.
Overall, it was a very good experience, the food was good and a great deal. We will order again. I think we would order more boneless wings than garlic knots.
I was very happy with the purchase but I would suggest the pizza not be cooked as long. In Dubois there are a lot of pizza places and it is very competitive. I will order it again. They were really busy, and things happen, no biggie, but I can’t give 5 stars due to the pizza.
I would recommend giving them a try, and you get a coupon for picking it up. No one does this, and it’s pretty cool they do.

Where are ypur bread bowls. You removed the best thing from your menu. The other food is good, but not as good as the bread bowl. Please bring it back to this location.

We got take out. The pizzas were cooked to perfection — both my husband and I like crispy crust. And this crust was perfect. I got a gluten free veggie pizza — the gf crust at Dominoes is delicious — (not like soggy soda crackers like some pizza places have for gf crust) . My husband got a small pepperoni pizza. Both pizzas were great!

With the chaos of working full time, being a single mom, purchasing a new home, doing renovations on the home, having (myself) and having kids with major texture and food pickiness – Domino’s has been one of our major on the run dinner plans. This store has been wonderful. The service is quick, the staff is friendly, the orders have been immaculately accurate 100% of the time. Although I would rather cook, in this chapter, pizza has become a temporary lifestyle and the DuBois location has given me nothing but positive experiences. ❤️ With all of the other stressors going on, it has been so nice to have dinner not have to be one of them.

placed an order for delivery, selected leave at door. Was placed at back door on a grill covered in snow. App took over 15 minutes post delivery to even bother telling me it was delivered. Got ice cold soggy food and a $30 hole in my bank account. Never ordering again icl.

Terrible customer service….when my husband and I walked in. We spoke to the young man behind the register, my husband asked “how’s it going?” His reply was a shrug of his shoulders and said WORK. He had no people/social skills.
Then when we ordered 2 Philly cheese steak subs. We go back in 15 minutes to get our order and it was 2 Philly cheese steak pizzas. SERIOUSLY…..We are completely frustrated by this time, your employees need some serious training on so many levels.It started out right away with a bad experience, when he reacted like he did about his job!

Pizza was everything I asked for, as usual. I asked for extra sauce and cheese got it. Wanted mushrooms and sausage, pizza was covered, not a little here and a little there like other places. Staff was polite, food was done in no time. Other Domino’s need to visit the DuBois location and see how it’s done, along with other places who don’t know how to top a pizza. Prices are also quite reasonable compared to others. Anyone who doesn’t have the experiences I’ve had with them, I apologize, but my experiences with them have been spot on.

I’ve complained and rejoiced on the app comments several times. That is simply there to persuade you from leaving real review where people will see it. Order two hours ago and watched the little meter go up and down from prepping to delivery to delivered then back to baking to delivered 3 or 4 times. Looked at the clock and realized that it had been 2 hours since I had a hunger and made the order, so I look at the thing again and it shows the little car driving around then goes to delivered. Sure wasn’t or I would have been eating it. So I call the store, wrong. You get a robot that stalls you for 5 more minutes. Finally someone answered, they tell me that I have been staring at a door hungry for two hours because they can’t make change! Then tell me that they got busy but, everyone paid with a credit card. Can’t make 50 bucks change at 10 at night must have been a slow day? Oh no that’s right they were busy! So after 2 hours of waiting they offer to deliver old pizza if I use a card but wait, the machine is running slow so I will have to hold on! Are you kidding? Once again the one star is after leaving several reviews on their in house system with no response over a couple of years. Had been a customer since 1986 at the Grand opening hosted by Gary Stormer.
