This place is always a hit or a miss. Today a big miss. Pizza too done almost burnt, dried out, missing the extra cheese and provolone and lukewarm almost cold. Wings if you want to call them wings were also very very lukewarm. Love k how little that wing is in the picture and we pay extra for these! Maybe they should concentrate on getting the orders right instead of rushing the cooking process. Today a big thumbs down!

When trying to find out where our order was I was directed to a main line with an Indian woman who was not local to our pizzeria. She couldn’t tell me where our order was or connect us to the location we ordered our pizza from. It took over an hour and a half to find out what was going on with our order and my friend wound up getting mad at the delivery guy and almost drove to the dominoes near us. Ps the delivery guy didn’t deserve it, they need a better tracking app.

Ive ordered on 3 seperate occasion and when I do the money gets taken from my account labeled permanently as being processed dominos will answer and say they didnt receive anything and im scimmed out of 35-50 dollars the 3 times this happened in this location concern me that they’re electronics are being hacked or ran to scim every few orders. And ive never been reimbursed by my bank. Or by dominos in latrobe due to the payment being permanently labeled processing. So the stores electronics are not to be trusted. If you want to order a pizza id go in in person. But at least the exact same man every time this happened answered the phone. And dealt with my understandable frustrations. All this for a floppy circle with meat….

Ordered pizza online with estimate delivery time 45min-60min. It took over 2 hours and the pizza was cold. They did give us extra cheesy bread but I’m sure that was a mistake and someone else was left without food they paid for. I just wish when delivery was behind they would consider a courtesy call.

I can honestly say I’ve never had an issue with my food from dominos. Well last week unfortunately my pizza wasn’t what it normally was. I made a complaint not expecting nothing in return but Manager of this location reached out and left me a voicemail saying my next order was on them. To my surprise when I called in today not only did the general manager remember me but he even offered me more than what my last order was for. I can honestly say he went above and beyond to fix a small mistake. I personally would have been happy with some points but no he went above and beyond and covered my dinner for tonight. Kudos to him and his team. This is why I will forever order from this Domino’s
