Ordered pizza and was given a time of 6:15pm for our delivery. It’s been over an hour since ordering and the tracker says “equality check” for the past half hour of that hour. Called and 3 different people spoke on the phone and had no idea and said it will be there in 5 mins and to refresh the page. Refreshed still the same quality check and out food as yet to arrive. When I voiced our concerns she just wanted off the phone. Do not order from this store and if you do please do carry out.

I don’t know if they are under new ownership, or what. I wanted something fast which I why I ordered from a chain. 45 mins after I got the “notification your order is done”, my food still hasn’t left the building. Lesson learned, go somewhere local. Plenty of places around here!
Also, they called me and said my food “would be there in 10 minutes”

The staff has always been kind but you can tell they use old grease for their wings and there’s definitely cross contamination occurring in the kitchen. The food poisoning settled in within just a couple of hours. I do not suggest eating here, you will get sick.

Keep trying because they are close, fail everytime. NEVER put garlic seasoning on crust and NEVER actually cut it. Plus they take forever to deliver

86 minutes to deliver a barely luke warm pizza. Email said 31-46 minutes. My pizza was checked 30 minutes after order. It took almost 60 more minutes for delivery. It didn’t leave the store for 30 minutes after it was checked. I had to call. Was told the store delivery time is 40 something to 60 something minutes. So my pizza took nearly 30 more minutes than the max. Was offered a discount on my next order. Ummm. Thanks but no thanks. I’m not ordering again. Told them I didn’t want it. Even a discounted barely warm dominos pizza isn’t worth what I’d pay for it. Note how dried up the sausage and pepperoni is by the time it was delivered.
Update on 5/17/18: Another real winner. Thanks for the “medium” personal pizza. Wow. What a disappointment. 50% or more of the pizza is crust! Had hoped the new location was better.

Fantastic pizza.!!! I was a little hesitant at first, having had bad experiences with Dominos. But, I was blown away with my last four orders. Fantastic pizza at a fantastic deal. I bought their large with up to 5 toppings for $11.99!! Keep this deal!!!

Just a crappy experience. Ordered a pizza and wings for delivery. Was informed it would be 30 to 40 minutes for delivery. After a half hour past THEIR estimated time for delivery, my wife calls and is informed they are very busy and limited help (but no eta on our delivery). After a hour past their window for delivery, my wife goes to see about just picking it up. Talking to the lady it’s clear they are in fact very busy, but where’s our order that was placed over a hour and half at this point? She’s informed that it’s out for delivery and we’ll receive it any moment. After going back and forth we finally got a refund, but was assured that the food was still out for delivery and will receive soon……it’s been 24 hours now and still no delivery . I really don’t know what the communication issue is with this place. Why would they say 30 to 40 minutes if they’re that behind? If the food was actually out for delivery and the driver couldn’t find our house, why not call me? I honestly think they forgot to make it, its the only logical thing that makes sense. Dealing with the manager, she assured us it was out for delivery, but want to cal the driver for the eta on it. What would you think?
