I ordered some pizza and wings after work, the wings were so small. I used my finger as a reference, mind you I have short fingers as is. After eating just two wings I became extremely nauseous and threw up. I didn’t even finish the wings and went to sleep shortly after cause I felt so bad. I called back today and asked for a refund just for the wings and the manager argued with me and told me I should have called yesterday immediately when it happened. I told him I was throwing up so I couldn’t call immediately then he tried to tell me he sold plenty of wings and nobody else got sick. I don’t know what his problem is. I contacted corporate and will not be coming here again. Terrible customer service skills.

10 out of 10 Rating from my family. I honestly don’t understand why this Dominos has such a low rating. Maybe because they only get ratings from bad experiences? Anyway… I would like to thank the employees for ANOTHER great pizza!

Placed an order at 2:10 to be delivered at 4:30. Customer service kept getting details wrong about the order – time of delivery, address, size of pizza, then left out the delivery phone number so I had to be connected to the store.
Nearly 5PM, no pizza, no contact that it would be late. Tried calling the store directly five times and was disconnected every time.
Pizza showed at about 5:15 and needed to be reheated.
Finally got hold of the store almost a half hour later – they told me they don’t contact anyone if they’re going to be late and claimed there was no way the pizza could have been cold.
The only resolution they offered after several “what do you want me to do about it”s was to give me a store credit, but only if I returned the entire order.

An absolute scam of a pizza shop. Waited over 3 hours for a delivery and every time I called I was told “it’ll be done in 10 minutes” and always met with an attitude. You’re better off making your own pizza from scratch.

These useless excuses for pizza drivers absolutely refuse to ring a doorbell to alert the person trying to get the pizza that they are here, even though I specifically put it in the instructions. They call your phone but if you happen to be one of the people that doesnt have their phone attached to them at all times, this means that I get no notification. Today this means that when I ordered delivery for my family, the driver didnt ring the bell, and then just left. No pizza for us tonight. And no returning customer for them.

The manager here is sooo professional and kind. They have trained the staff with top notch customer service. It’s great! There were a few times I’ve checked in on the app for car side delivery and the 2 minute timer expired-I got a free pizza each time…. I didn’t mind I guess. Who doesn’t like free pizza? Lol.. When they come to the car to deliver my order, those 30 seconds that the workers speak, is always pleasant. Friendly and outgoing personalities, even for a few seconds is refreshing. The food is made with love and exceptionally well time and time again. Good deal.

I ordered 2 pizzas, pepperoni cheesy bread, and a 2-liter of soda before 8pm on a weeknight. I received everything except for my cheesy bread. I informed the driver and he said he would bring it to me. After about 30 mins, I decided to call the store and ask about it. I talked to a man and he said that they would have to make a new one and It would take a while, so he then offered me a free voucher for a cheesy bread next time. I said no, I was looking forward to this, I will wait for a new one. This conversation happened before 8:30pm and it is now past 11 pm. I never received my cheesy bread and I’m pretty pissed off about it. I feel like it’s not ridiculous to ask for the thing I paid for. I was also polite on the phone, but that’s gone out the window now.

Had a late night with the husband and kids with our church group event, Ordered a late pizza for dinner at around 10:40. Started being made @ 10:52. Order picked up by driver @ 11:09. Proceesa to drive everywhere except my house. Says delivered @ 11:40. Call the store. Indian guy argues with other Indian guy at one point saying something along the lines of ” did you ever deliver it or what, you left with it” and more in broken english. Gets put on hold to “figure it out” a 3rd Indian guy answers Said he needed me to tell him what happened again because he wasnt who i spoke to earlier, and I tell him the same thing, again. Got put on hold additional 10 minutes. Guy says the pizza will be here in 20 minutes claiming bo driver picked it up and they never got the order. Boldfaced lie based on argument hears.. Now 12:24 and finally recieved order missing requested sauces. Very unhappy

I could not be more disappointed and I can’t get through to anybody to get any help.i keep calling no one picks up. I was supposed to have a 2 L with my order that I paid for but did not receive it. there is NO icing at all for my cinnamon twists & my pan pizza has so much garlic sauce on it is drowning and is completely inedible. so not only do I have dry cinnamon twists with no dipping sauce I have no drink yet I paid for one & I can’t get help from anybody. I’m at work i have nothing here hence why i ordered. So I literally just spent $20 for nothing .

Ordered delivery 2x, both times the delivery driver messed up. 1st time he delivered someone else’s order. 2nd time he forgot salad dressing. AI system is terrible, was not able to speak with a human so I had to drive to the store to get my items. Offered me a refund that never came. Will not return and do not recommend.
