Horrible service. Ordered here last night and they never delivered our pizza. Which is whatever, stuff happens. I just wanted a refund today. Talked to a manager and he pretty much told me that I didn’t know my own address because they delivered it to a different address. Werid thing is that I have always got a photo of the delivery after it was delivered and didn’t last night. Hmm probably because they never delivered it!!

Ever time I go order my food the manager is always the one who takes care of me he knows I can’t have green foods. He’s so polite he’s caring understanding compassionate in what he does his other employees very friendly. You’re fast efficient and I’m never late for work even though I come in at the last minute before I go to work.

Would give zero stars if I could. You’re better off just lighting your money on fire. You’d probably enjoy that more. At least it’s warm. Was given a 30-45 minute estimate. It took 2 hours. The track said it was delivered 45 minutes in. Got a text 20 minutes later saying my driver was pulling up. Called 30 minutes later cause I still had no food to be told the driver just left. No apologies or explanation. Food arrived cold. This was my first and last time ill ever order from this location.

I tried placing a delivery order and it wouldn’t go through for 25 minutes. I called the store the gentleman I spoke with said they were not taking delivery orders in store only online. I continued to try and called back a half hour later for a different employee to tell me they are not doing deliveries at all. So after an hour of trying to order and being lied to here I am 8pm and still no food for the kids.

My delivery time got bumped back just a couple of minutes from the original time and arrived at the updated time, but my order was PERFECT, TASTED AMAZING, our driver [Hunter] was friendly, and our food literally tasted hot out of the oven! Delivery was fast, the food was hot and the driver was professional. They got the order right and on time. Sadly the food did not taste very good. The toppings and portions were on point but the browning on the crust made it taste a bit burnt. I was also very unhappy with the fact that they charge an over 3$ delivery fee and still expect you to tip, it should be one or the other, never both and if that fee is not going to the driver that what the hell am I paying it for? I am not likely to order from them again but if I do, ill ask for less oven time on the food and get pick up instead of delivery to avoid the fee and tip.
