If I can give them a negative-10 I would This is my second time receiving food that was eaten from the first time we received a pizza that had missing slices , this time it looks like someone was eating the garlic knots because the imprint of the sauce and seasoning and the missing count. They ruin business for their selves because they are gross and have no kind of customer service or care to make it right Disgusting. I’ll drive 30 mins away before I give them anymore or my money!! Ordered online, estimated 25-45mins for delivery, order took over 90 minutes! Then it was wrong when it got here! Ordered pepp, extra cheese, sausage pan pizza & got a chicken onion pizza. This was for dinner for kids &they were not going to eat that so I called the restaurant to try and get the correct pizza delivered. Manager called the driver who said it was a misunderstanding aka he didn’t have my correct pizza anymore. After going back & forth on the phone w/the manager, he said he would remake my pizza and have the driver bring it within 30mins. The replacement was NEVER delivered, no answer no follow up, kids waited for pizza till 8pm only to have to have pb&j’s for dinner. Contacted customer support online, was not refunded, only a generic coupon for another pizza. Why would I want to order again if this is the service to be expected?!

I’ve ordered from Domino’s plenty of times before, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. My order showed up over an hour late, and when it finally arrived, the food was cold and completely wrong. I tried calling the store several times to fix it, but the staff were rude and dismissive, one person even insisted the food was “hot” and then hung up on me when I tried to explain the problem.
For a company that prides itself on quick delivery and customer satisfaction, this was unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this location again, and I suggest others think twice before doing so.

Omg this place is the worse! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER from them! They are rude. Ordered $160 worth of food only to be thrown in the garbage. First of all I specifically ordered the extravaganza with NO ONIONS due to allergies and they put a lot of onions. Secondly, they added too much sauce, the pizza was soggy. I picked up a slice and all the cheese and topping fell off. The 5 boxes of pizza I ordered was not edible! It tasted disgusting! That’s not even the worse part. The delivery guy came and the pizza boxes were crushed and ripped to the point where the pizzas were sliding out of the boxes and oil all over the sides. The driver said it wasn’t his fault. We waited for an hour for this order. We called the manager of the store to complain and to get a refund but they refused to give us a refund. This all happened at midnight. I was not waiting for another hour (1am) to feed 11 kids who were already starving. Shame on you Dominos! I will be calling Cooporate office about this! They do not care for the costumers!

I’ve ordered delivery from here before and had no issue and today the driver OMAR refused to get out of the car and come to my apartment building because it was cold and I called the store to tell them what was happening but they were very rude and also the driver literally was like I’m not doing that, you can cancel the order. They said they would refund me but I ordered food because it’s late and I’m hungry so now I have to figure out another place to eat because of all of this. Normally I wouldn’t care about stuff like this but because they have delivered to my house before that’s just not okay.

They took an hour and twenty minutes to bring my pizza order. When the delivery guy arrived, he didn’t bring my pizza—he forgot it. They didn’t give me any discount, they didn’t bring me anything as compensation. It wasn’t even the same delivery guy who came back; they sent another one. He just said, “Here’s your pizza, bye.”

My ordered showed delivered on the website and didn’t come for another 20 mins and I only live 5mins away. When I called to find out where my food is and the person was very rude and said “they’ll be there!” Really?! When the person finally delivered, they called me and said “domino’s is here” when I specifically put “leave on chair on porch ” because of my dogs barking. I will NEVER order from this location again!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Placed an order at 10:00 it didn’t get here until 11:44. I called two different times and the person said “it will be there is 6-8 minutes and then Rudely hung up. 15 min later I called again and he said the same thing. Not only telling me it was gonna be here in few minutes but he also promised it was gonna be hot. I open the box and the pizza was warm almost cold the cheese was all stiff and ranch smashed onto the top of the pizza! Never ordering here again
