Ordered pizza at 10:48 pm. All said delivery would be 21 minutes, received for at 12:07.
Pizza was cold, not even cut. Garlic knots were rock hard and missing butter. Soda came warm.

Ordered from here a handful of times and most times the food was extremely late, cold, and not good. Last night I ordered and it was late and cold plus the box was punctured open. Staff ignored and hung up on me like previous times when I called about it. They are rude and unprofessional. I would never order from there and will never again!!!!! Very angry former customer.

Im truly confused by all the negative reviews. The pizza has always been on point for me! There was one occasion, where they put too much cheese and my pizza wasnt hot. Other than that one incident, my pizza is always delivered in a timely manor, hot and the workers are super friendly!

I ordered a buffalo mac and cheese and the 12 piece specialty hot buffalo wings and I got my mac and cheese but I got a cheesy bread instead of my chicken. We called and talked to multiple different people, each person was saying different things. “Refund will take 24 hours” “A delivery driver will take the bread in exchange for the chicken” and they were telling us we were wrong and didn’t order the right thing when we clearly repeated everything we ordered and they repeated it back. When the delivery driver did come back, they didn’t even have the chicken. We also did not even receive a receipt for our order. This is by far the worse service I have ever received and I would not recommend ordering from here.

After I placed an order online, they somehow charged me fraudulently and stole the rest of the money in my account.
They always take forever to deliver, the orders are always wrong, and the tracking info is never right.
It will say delivered when they never even left the store and call you and tell you if anyone calls to ask if you received your order to say that you turned it away but they’ll still bring it.
I don’t know or care what kind of scan they’re trying to run, but I care that they stole the money out of my account.
In all the years I’ve ordered from dominos(and in the time I’ve been ordering from this particular store), they have NEVER taken extra money from my account for a “temporary hold” like this store is claiming.
I’d avoid it all together unless you’re carrying out up and paying with cash.
If give this store 0 starts if possible.
Just a bunch of thieves and scammers.
I will NEVER order from them again.

We used to order once a week that had gone down considerably that we never get the correct order tonight we ordered New York style with pepperoni and of course it was plain pizza not hot cheese looks burnt feeding 3 teenaged boys I was asked to return the cheese pizza in place of the pepperoni and they have already eaten the pizza was told it would be a while for delivery because they’re busy when asked what should I feed these kids I was told we will get there as fast as we can just return the pizza this is an on going situation with this particular location thought we would give them another try but definitely a mistake offered to bring the pizza or send a picture lady said no need just swap out the wrong for the right lol again kids ate wouldn’t be a big deal if this didn’t happen before hand multiple times #STAY WITH AWAY FROM DOMINOS IN ALIQUIPPA The female that answers the phone is the one requesting the pizza be returned after the boys ate off it however the male is making the order the right without return of the pizza the boys ate from Thank you Mister we will try again provided we don’t speak with the female who answers the phone she really tried to blame the App! If someone places an order for delivery, agrees to pay the delivery fees, and even adds a tip for the driver, it’s not unreasonable to expect that the food will actually be delivered, right?
Apparently, that’s too much to ask from this establishment—especially after dark. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to deal with this nonsense. More than once now, the app has marked my order as “delivered,” yet I’ve ended up having to go pick it up myself.
On the night of May 15, 2025, I placed an order that was never delivered, even though the app claimed otherwise. I called the restaurant multiple times over the course of 20 minutes, only to be lied to by the girl working there (an Indian woman, for identification purposes). She insisted the driver was on the way, said the app was glitching, and that my order was delayed—but all of it was a lie.
I finally drove to the restaurant myself, only to find my pizza sitting on top of the oven, untouched. So much for “on the way.” The staff didn’t even try to hide it—they clearly knew my address the moment I walked in and immediately tried to hand me a free soda as some kind of weak apology.
They never intended to deliver my food, yet they still charged me delivery fees and took my tip. They will never get another cent from me……

I generally like Dominos but every time I order from here my food is wrong/not good. I got a pepperoni pizza. It was under cooked on the bottom. The pizza wasn’t even cut completely. The cheese melted over where it was cut and it damn near slide off the pizza from delivery. Delivery fees then tip 25% not worth it.

Got a thin crust pepperoni and mushroom pizza. It was 45 min late after I called three times complaining. They tx me your pizza is delivered enjoy. It never even came yet. Called and complained again then it finally arrived cold and absolutely the worst crust no flavor like cardboard. Mushrooms were disintegrated gone and I couldn’t even eat it……it was that bad. Never order there again. Pizza, small pop and tip $30.00 ridiculous!!!
