Haven’t gone there in a very long time. Hubby wanted it so we ordered. The pizzas we nasty like they were premade. Ordered Parmesan bites and got plain bites. Ordered a Caesar salad apparently they didn’t have any so they gave me a normal salad and told my husband they would give me a side of chicken didn’t even get. And the salad is not worth the price. Emailed them and no response. Would like my money back and will not be back here to this location again.

I placed an online order and the order was sent to the wrong location. Despite me placing my pick up for the Batavia location, it switched over to Brockport at the end of the order. I didnt notice it until I made it to the batavia location and my food wasnt ready. I called Brockport location because im local and this is where the order went instead. I explained to the cx service rep what happened, making sure to not sound rude because it was a mistake that wasnt their fault. I explained i needed the order canceled because I had to reorder at the location In Batavia. Although I had to now repay, I did so knowing that I would be able to get a refund once the order cancelled. Long story short called the store twice and made a personal appearance just for everyone to keep telling me the manager will handle my refund when they got it. That never happened. Now , my order was only $15, bit fifteen of my bucks that can cover another meal . Lost me and my friends as a customer.

I had a very disappointing experience with this establishment. The delivery took over an hour, and the tracking system showed a car parked at the location without moving. If you’re looking for timely service, I cannot recommend this place. Last year, the location provided great service and fast delivery, but it seems to have significantly declined. It’s clear that there is a need for management changes and better training for the staff to ensure customers receive the quality of service they expect. Waiting over an hour for pizza is simply unacceptable. The pizza was cold, look at the pasta they delivered, it looked like someone threw up in the dish and they send it off. Disgusting and not worth it. Overall, terrible experience and do not recommend to anyone wanting quality and service.

Chris was absolutely amazing! We were kind of a pain in the azz asking for a cheese slice to be left out for my “no spice” daughter. He even came out to the car and asked if we wanted garlic butter about the edges. Thank you for being so awesome!

While the service and atmosphere were great, the pizza quality was severely lacking due to very limited toppings, and the store should reconsider its recipe. Pizza is not at all worth for the money we pay.

It’s a busy Friday night and pizzas are 50% off and they still provided amazing service. Even if you had to wait they had great communication, and while waiting you got to see how the well the team worked together. The team lead/manager on had a great flow and the team seemed cohesive. 10/10 ill order from them again.

I we ordered a pan pizza with extra sauce, extra pepper and extra pepperoni. We got extra sauce and extra peppers and no pepperoni. When we called the manager didn’t seem to understand us and we could not understand him. Finally the delivery man got on the phone and said they would credit us $7.50. He hung up without even getting any info from us. Now let’s see if we ever get a credit on our charge card. I think I’ll take my pizza orders to another place.

This is the worst Domino’s I have ordered from. The order was supposed to take 45 minutes which I can understand as it’s a college town on a weekend. An hour and a half later I checked the tracker and it was saying the pizza was delivered. When I called the man said it would be a couple more minutes. However it was several and then the guy wanted me to leave my hotel room to get my food. I tipped him to bring it to my door. When I finally got the pizza it was very undercooked and cold. Do not order here.
