Did not give all the food. Had to drive back to get the rest.
Steak sandwich was so burnt and dry the person I purchased it for was unable to eat it.
Gave blue cheese as the dipping sauce for cinnamon twist.
No manager to speak to when I called person on phone said to tell him what was wrong, I did and the response was “we are a newer store we don’t have everything right.” Offered nothing else except we could come back to get what was missing and the icing-NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY.
I said so what I am hearing you say is I need to go to another Dominoes and he said yes you could.-AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

First time ordering from this location. I placed my order online and wanted hand crust with the garlic on the crust. The crust was very dry and not flavorful at all. I also was disappointed with the lack of sauce on the pizza. I’ve had Domino’s from several other locations and had no issues with either of the above. Not sure I’ll order from this location again.

One star. Walked in to place an order and was told there was no menu to look at. After standing there for several minutes while staff focused on other tasks, I asked when someone could take my order and was told it would be about 15 minutes just to take it. Not to make the food—just to take the order. I left without ordering. Very poor in-store customer service and a complete lack of urgency or acknowledgment.

Didn’t get the pizza I ordered, called and the smart mouthed manager basically called me a lier. Didn’t order a thin crust pizza!! If you want a pizza caked in grease this is your place. They are always making mistakes and not taking any ownership. Wish I could give 0 stars

I ordered my food from doordash at 3pm and i never received i wait till 4:30pm and its just 2 Miles from my home
And when i called the reception a guy said their GPS is not working so delivery driver will reach you in 5 minutes and i call after half an hour and staff talk rude to me said if you want refund he will give refund and I didn’t receive my order

I’ve been a regular at Domino’s, but today was the last straw. I ordered a medium cheese pizza and asked for blue cheese, and they wanted an extra dollar for it. That’s ridiculous for a big chain. The service was terrible, and I won’t be coming back or recommending them again.
