They were incapable of using my gift card to take off that set amount for the meal, then they threw it in the trash (assuming it worked) then they ask me to use my debit card to pay for the rest. The rest was around $3. Using the gift card didn’t even work and I had to pay the meal in full. I couldn’t get my gift card back because they threw it out. Thanks guys, solid job.

I ordered on the online app for curbside delivery. The app advertised that if the pizza isn’t brought out in two minutes you receive a free pizza. I pulled up, texted I’m here and the timer started. At 50 second, it stopped and it was almost another two minutes until the pizza was brought out. I told the employee they went over the two minutes and he told me to talk to the manager. I spoke with the Assistant manager who told me according to their clock it was brought out on time. The pizza tasted good but the ad that you are guaranteed a free pizza if not out in two minutes is a scam.

Several times I’ve tried ordering during business hours and no one EVER answers the phone. Ive tried to place deliveries online while the store was open, only to get weird messages like “delivery is not available at this time”. Tonight I had a 12-hour shift and planned to get Dominos for dinner and have something to eat during breaks. And again, I am met with the same weird online messages and no one answering the phone. The location is the only one nearby for miles, and is unreliable, and needs more help or support from corporate apparently. From now on, I will go out of my way to make sure I do not plan to eat at Dominos for the foreseeable future..

I go in to pay and my son says “they’re not wearing gloves”, I told him he just didn’t see them. So he comes to me, takes my cash, gives me my change, says have a nice day, then goes right back to the food, picks up a stack of pepperoni and starts throwing them onto the pizza. DOESN’T WASH HIS HANDS NOR DOES HE PUT ON GLOVES. I was in such disbelief, and disgusted.
