Literally disgusting. Ordered a large pizza half cheese half cheese and pep and they gave us a nasty burnt piece of cardboard with sauce and pepperoni on one side and cheese on the other. I thought the pizza was pretty good for a late night snack but they are just crazy with the prices… for a chain… known for cardboard pizza… definitely not great bang for the buck here or any location. Compared to somewhere like blaze pizza. Can’t be as specific with certain aspects which also doesn’t reinforce the price. But they’re open moderately late compared to other places so it’s a last ditch can’t be bothered type of option but at least you know what to expect

ordered cheesy bread and alfredo pasta.. worst pasta i ever seen super dry, burnt, and barely even filled half way, i took it back and asked for something different and got rudely asked if i wanted something else so i got a pizza with pepperoni and ham, no ham at all instead there were green peppers on it? the pizza was so greasy the cheese was yellow and the pizza was also burn. never ordering again from this location. very disappointed.

Ordered through the app for delivery, waited 2 hours and had to drive to store because they answered and put you right back to hold and never came back on phone for 20 minutes and I hung up. Once I got to the store I was ignored for about 7 minutes and then he told me the driver has a flat tire and couldn’t leave the store he was to busy, my pizza was old and looked old, they charged me full price, and took off the delivery charge, I paid $45 for my 2 pizzas and breadsticks, to get home and food was old looking, I’ve tried calling and no one answers, I was also charged for 3 sauces and got 0. I really hope they read this and make this right.

The guy who can’t even speak English made my pizza wrong then when I clearly describe what went wrong tries telling me I’m wrong . Took me 5 times to get him to understand what the word ” sauce ” was , then when I tell him I wanted ham not bacon he starts explaining what bacon is to me like I have no idea what bacon is and telling me I’m wrong . Maybe make sure the employees can speak English before hiring them.

I’ve had nothing but bad service from this place. Two weeks ago I went in to order a pan pizza and the man charged me $14.99. I asked why it wasn’t $7.99 like advertised and he said only online. Well I watched the commercials again and no, it says online or on the phone. So coming in to order doesn’t count? And you call and the mgr is never in. Too many places to get pizza to deal with this.
