Zero point complaining to the store as the standard solution is to send you a $3.00 off coupon for your next pizza. Why would I want to order yet another pizza — for just a $3.00 discount — after spending good money on this one and having it delivered burnt to cinders around the outside edge?

Order was not ready on time despite placing it 2 hours ahead of pickup. Staff didn’t care, stated time is an estimate. Lots of other pizza places within 2 miles so that’ll be the last order we place here.

Literally disgusting. Ordered a large pizza half cheese half cheese and pep and they gave us a nasty burnt piece of cardboard with sauce and pepperoni on one side and cheese on the other. Called to complain and somehow it was our fault for not stating we also wanted cheese on both sides and didn’t want it hard as a rock never again I can’t wait for Pizza Hut

Ordered through the app for delivery, waited 2 hours and had to drive to store because they answered and put you right back to hold and never came back on phone for 20 minutes and I hung up. Once I got to the store I was ignored for about 7 minutes and then he told me the driver has a flat tire and couldn’t leave the store he was to busy, my pizza was old and looked old, they charged me full price, and took off the delivery charge, I paid $45 for my 2 pizzas and breadsticks, to get home and food was old looking, I’ve tried calling and no one answers, I was also charged for 3 sauces and got 0. I really hope they read this and make this right.

ordered cheesy bread and alfredo pasta.. worst pasta i ever seen super dry, burnt, and barely even filled half way, i took it back and asked for something different and got rudely asked if i wanted something else so i got a pizza with pepperoni and ham, no ham at all instead there were green peppers on it? the pizza was so greasy the cheese was yellow and the pizza was also burn. never ordering again from this location. very disappointed.

Store gave wrong Marinara dipping sauce on order. Sauce was $6.74. I asked for a refund. Store refused to give refund and wanted me to drive round trip 1 hour to exchange. Devin the Manager proceeded to hang up the phone. Avoid this business because it does not care about its customers.

Generally speaking, I’ve been happy with this location. Yes sometimes they forget the garlic cup, but the food is pretty consistent. However, I won’t be eating there again as my last pizza had a decent sized random piece of metal in it. They refunded and apologized… but I’m turned off from eating there now.
