Came here Thursday January 8th 2026 at 3pm for a pacific veggie pizza. Who ever raised the young lady working by herself raised her right. Great pizza great attitude and working hard. She deserved way more than the max for tip on the machine. Been coming here on and off since I’ve moved up here 2 years ago. First pleasurable experience I’ve had since.

Called Domino’s in Herkimer New York waited almost 2 hours for my food to be delivered call them back they put us on 25-minute hold I had to hang up the phone call recall them for them to say they’re not remaking the order I told them I was going to send them pictures they could have the food back they said they’re not doing anything with it we were forced to accept the food it look like cardboard the stuffed crust with blocked cheese I wanted to post pictures of it but it won’t let me for some reason we told them we were calling corporate and they had no care in the world

Ordered pizza fine. Then app says 4 minutes away. It’s was 10:52. At 11:13 I had to call and ask. They say they had college deliveries first. Then why does your app say it has been delivered??? About 3-5 minutes after that we got our pizza. Ha! The box had a crease down the middle and the top was laying on the pizza. Pictures below. Also, Surprise! Noooo free item.

Corporate free pizza coupons do not work at the store and the store cannot remedy the situation. I’ve received free pizza promotions from ordering at this location, but the location doesn’t accept the promotions. Other than that, food was fine. Service was fine.

I have been ordering from Dominos across several states over many years. This one is the worst one so far. Pizza was cold when it was delivered 35 minutes after the quality check and the toppings were a joke. A 10 inch hand tossed with enough toppings to maybe cover 4 inches of it. Sad….truely sad. Won’t be ordering from this Dominos anymore.

Shock! Best pizza I’ve had north of NYC.
Tropical Vegetarian and a Wisconsin Cheese, both large, thin crust. Delivered piping hot in 30 minutes.

As of recent I have found this Domino’s to be going downhill. I used to come here all the time because stuffed cheesy bread is one of my favorites and the staff was pleasant. This has changed however in the last six months or so. The last three times I have been I have had bad experiences.
The first time I went the place was completely empty, it took one of the staff members a few minutes to get out of their car and follow me in smelling of pot (though I didn’t care at the time).
The second time I went the cheesy bread was this weird cheese blob that I couldn’t bring myself to eat (which trust me is saying something, because I am not picky in quality).
The third and final time I went I was forced to wait again, but this time there was two staff members inside, one at the register and one making the food. The dude at the register ignored me while I waited and asked for my cheesy bread (which was sitting behind him), to the point where the busy guy behind him had to drop everything to give me my food (the extra service star is for you dude, don’t let whatever is happening here recently zap your work ethic). Also at the end… my cheesy bread was cold.
I mean this without malice when I say the bar is low for me when it comes to Domino’s Pizza, but this has been pretty bad. I’m sure within a year there will be some change in staff and hopefully a return to it’s former glory. For now steer clear (especially if the angry looking dude in the baseball cap is running the register)!

Didn’t feel like cooking after a long day of running around. Ordered 2 medium pizzas with parm bread bites, cinamin twists and 8 bone in wings. The bone in wings weren’t even cooked all the way. Couldn’t even eat them. Pizza was undercooked. Parm bread bites were greasy as all hell. Never again. Way to overpriced for what we got. Advise against getting from here.
