Placed an online order for a medium pepperoni pizza and cinnamon bread bites, only to receive a small veggie pizza and no bread bites. I immediately called and was told they wouldn’t make me a new pizza or take back the wrong one to swap for my original order. The reporting claim option doesn’t even work on the app… absolutely horrible experience and customer service

The owners of the establishment I work at had a family loss today and could not provide food for the dart teams they sponsor this evening. I called and ordered 5 items for the teams and paid myself, no big deal. One item I received was burnt beyond recognition so I called to have the item replaced. The person that answered the phone (later to be determined as the manager) was obviously flustered and asked me multiple times the address of my order. I attempted to explain my order had been delivered and was cut off mid sentence. I attempted to explain my need and was rudely told I could get a credit or a replacement. I said I had teams here wanting to eat so waiting was not a problem. The person then exploded at me about how HE had been interrupted and I would have to wait 45 minutes (due to bad weather I already waited and that is not an issue) and proceeded to HANG UP on me. He immediately sent his driver with apologies, too little, too late pal. One star for the driver who deserves 5 himself for putting up with that trash.

I order from here at least twice a week. The online was saying they are not working. I called in the staff that answered tonight on January 7, 2026 at around 6:20-ish said they are not taking any orders online or in stores so I was confused. Didn’t give a reason or say when they will be taking orders not good service at all. But I do order here at least once a week normally do pickup orders.

I placed an order online. They marked it as complete, but never called me to say that they were here. I then called the location and they rudely said that they were at the wrong house. Of course, being at the WRONG house, that wrong person would say the pizza was not theirs. They then say they’ll remake it and redeliver it. 5 minutes later, I get a call that they’re outside with the same OLD COLD PIZZA. Manager Noelle is rude and has an attitude nastier than the pizza. Wont ever order from this location again.

I like this domino’s. I order about once a week and it is normally really good. However they often cut my thin crust pizza normal (instead of square) and sometimes the pizza isn’t cut at all or enough where I can pull a slice neatly. Staff is nice curbside delivery is great. Just learn to cut pizza correctly and stop withholding the garlic butter on the crust. It’s my favorite thing about yo pizza.

I had the worst experience today. I placed an online order, payment went through and I get a message saying order not placed. Checked my account and sure enough the full amount for the order went through. I contacted the store and the 1st person I spoke to told me that he did not see my order in the system, to which I said that was fine but I needed to be refunded. He gave me their corporate number which does not even allow you to speak to anyone only fill out a form and suggest you contact the store. I called the store back and spoke to another gentlemen and told him the whole story. He was very rude and just kept saying he couldnt do anything and to contact corporate which I kept telling him I did. Then, he just hung up on me. I have ordered from here numerous times in the past but I definitely will not going forward.

How you send out a nearly raw stuffed cheesy bread is beyond me… you could still see the shreds in the unmelted cheese and the food tasted oddly gassy. Reviewing in hopes people avoid this place, not for a hap hazard apology from a staff that is clearly negligent and inept at the simplest request. Even when the food came out okay I painted my toilet bowl far too many times as a result of stupidly dining here. There are better dominos around the area, make the drive.

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks last night with a couple sides of sauce. When it finally arrived I was told the sauce was in the box which it wasn’t. Not sure if whoever made the food was high or not because the whole order was overdone and dry and was the pizza was cut like they didn’t even look at it when they did it. There were some pieces that were tiny and others that were the same size as two regular slices. I couldn’t call the store because at that point they had closed. Not to happy.
