This is THE ONLY Domino’s I will go to. (Tried others… they over topping the pizza and it comes out raw) I never used to eat Domino’s. Now its a go-to. This location is always consistently great.

Ordered delivery, the girl on the phone was very nice. The delivery girl was awesome and on time. We wanted to try the new stuffed crust pizza and chicken nuggets. The nuggets were good, however, the pizza was GARBAGE!!!! Dry, burnt, and the cheese in the crust was like, mozzarella sticks you buy in a gas station that has been sitting for hours. It’s pretty sad!!!! I had 1 slice, not even, 3 bites of a slice, I’m that guy who’d eat the whole pizza on my own. So DISAPPOINTING. I haven’t eaten pizza in a month and then this happens.

We ordered pizza tonight for the meal deal the 999 unlimited topping seeing how it was the last night and it made for easy dinner. I ordered a couple of meat toppings and then mushrooms and onions. I open the box there’s maybe five mushrooms on half the pizza and maybe seven or eight onions on the whole thing come on Domino’s why are you being so skimpy with your toppings? The other two pizzas looked pretty good although we did order one with chicken on it and there was maybe eight pieces of chicken on the whole pizza your meal deals are pretty nice, but you can do better with the toppings and the way you put it together.

took over an hour and 20 min to deliver. The Tracker said it was done for 40 min before the driver left with the pizza and took an additional 20 min for it to get to my house which is 5-10 min drive away depending if you hit every light on the way there

Bryce, the district manager made this experience phenomenal! Had placed an order online for this location through google maps and the online order went to Liverpools. Upon being informed at this location, Bryce overheard and stepped up to personally take care of the issue by canceling, reordering and fastracking my order for a quick, satisfying experience. Highly recommend Bryce and his team they all did an amazing job.

I usually share pics of my favorite foods on social media. I did not with my first order from the new Domino’s. The restaurant is less than 10 minutes from my house. Delivery would have been really fast. The food would no doubt be hot. Those 3 things happened. But, as for the pizza itself-
Toppings were sparse to say the least. Sliced ultra thin and very few of them. Some slices had only a piece of pepper on them. No meat. Very little cheese. I cant figure out how to post pics for this review or I definitely would. I took a few pics out of pure disbelief. Domino’s is THE best franchise pizza place. I’ve been ordering for decades. That streak came to an end when I ordered from the new Baldwinsville location. I spent over $40 for a pizza that I’d be embarrassed charging $10 for.
I won’t email corporate or take any further action other than to post this review. I’ll go back to the mom and pop restaurants in Baldwinsville. There are a few of them. All better quality, bigger portions, and better service.
I would have been a regular customer. Probably an every weekend order. Football season coming up etc. I hope these reviews are read by someone who can do something about the pitiful portions and the obscene amount charged for them.
