THE BEST Experiences with a food delivery IVE ever had ! Please give whoever packed the order for Robert and made the cinnamon rolls a raise! I kid you not I have never in my life tasted such good cinnamon rolls. They were so fresh I’ve baked some from scratch before they still weren’t this good. The icing is good to but they taste so fresh I just prefer them straight up. The delivery was on time and the food was warm! Not to mention you guys were so polite please congratulate your team they are doing such an amazing job! I have never in my life had food so fresh and homemade from any restaurant let alone a chain restaurant! Above and beyond like always good job!

Every single time I’ve ordered either something has been wrong with my order. Either they forget something, bring the wrong item in general or dont follow delivery instructions. Paid $4 for dipping sauces, no dipping sauces. Its only $4, but like cmon man. If youre not going to deliver to the right location, at least give me everything I paid for.

I get food from this place all the time and the food isn’t bad minus the scarcity in toppings sometimes but tonight I ordered some brownies and the way they were cut was astonishing to say the least and when I called the store to say something about it the gentleman tried to tell me they come pre cut which makes no sense because you can see the line where someone tried to cut the brownies. This may seem like a small simple thing but I feel like it’s not that hard to cut some brownies.

I hope management really read these reviews because this store employees are the absolute worst in-person and over the phone they have the worst attitude when you order in-store and over the phone, management really needs to step in and fix your employees communication skills and learn how to be thankful that people are spending there money in these places because the customers should be treated with respect whether in-store or over the phone..

I had a bad decisions day and decided to try Domino’s bc I liked the idea of stuffed crust without having to order a large pizza. Previously at a work party I was impressed with the cheesy marinara dip and didn’t mind the idea of some chicken to nosh on, plus there was a coupon that sweetened the deal.
You can see my pictured leftovers. The stuffed cheesy bread was barely stuffed with any cheese (I’m leftover hacking now by adding in string cheese). The chicken tasted like Tyson chicken with the gross breading (if it wasn’t breaded, it would be so much better). But the most confusing item was the dipping sauce… The “cheese” on top has the consistency of American cheese, not mozzarella. It was melted and yet they could not get it to blacken, so the consistency on top is like Alfredo sauce. I cannot explain what they did, but I can say thank you to Domino’s for officially ridding me of any and all future cravings.

Ordered a bread bowl missing ingredients I asked for ordered two sets of lava cakes only one was inputed. delivery came on time as told,when called back the staff had a mere tone of aggravation when the customer whom just paid 47.20 should be the one with the attitude after getting their order completely messed up. Missing red peppers jalapeños, while ordering they completely disregarded the fact I asked for these toppings one wasn’t charged for (jalapeños) and the red peppers were forgotten which they stated they knew they forgot and still proceeded to send the order. I know it sounds petty over a topping but this happens more than once or twice in such a rush to close they have no consideration for the customers whom order why do they have the build your own bread bowl option if we don’t even get what we PAY FOR

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst Domino’s experience I’ve ever had—and I’ve ordered Domino’s in a lot of places. I placed an order at this Albany location expecting a decent, simple pizza. What I got was a complete joke. It looked like someone tossed a plain piece of dry bread in a box and called it a pizza. No toppings. No chicken. No cheese. NOTHING. Just sad, overcooked dough. How does a pizza place forget literally everything that goes on a pizza?
It honestly felt like a prank. I checked the box thinking maybe they sent the wrong order, but no—this was exactly what they gave me. Cold, dry, and completely inedible. Not only was the food awful, but it shows a shocking lack of care or quality control in the kitchen. Do the workers here even check what they’re sending out? Or do they just throw garbage in a box and hope no one complains?
Tried to call the store—got no apology, no explanation, just attitude. No accountability whatsoever. For a national chain, this kind of service is disgraceful. I wouldn’t feed that “pizza” to a stray dog. Total waste of money, and it honestly ruined my night.
Avoid this place at all costs. There are so many better pizza spots in Albany. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I will never order from this store ever again. This was thr first time I ever experienced such poor service. I ordered online @7:02pm and did not receive the food until after 8:30pm. The delivery driver called me to say come outside to get the food. I explained this is a senior residence and for him to come inside. He refused stating he will meet at the front door and how he has other deliveries and threatened to leave and come back. I told him that I paid for a tip and luckily I was able to get someone to pick it up for her. I then called the store to speak to a manager and spoke to a male named Kalvin that said he was the GM. He did not express any customer service after I explained what happened. He said that delivery drivers do not deliver inside apartment buildings for safety. I explained that this was not my first time ordering from his store to my mother’s residence and the previous drivers delivered directly to her door. He said he didn’t know why that occurred but he was not sympathetic at all. I told him that as a manager he should demonstrate quality customer skills and explain the importance of that to his driver and he claimed to have apologized to me throughout the conversation but that was not true. I understand the food industry can be very demanding but when a customer is paying for a service, it’s only fair for that customer to be met with quality customer service and I know that the executive leadership of Dominos recognizes that as a part of their integral goal to provide satisfactory service.
