So disappointed.
1.They left it on my porch in the cold after I selected that I wanted it handed to me.
2. Realized that I only got around 12 or so of my 32 parmesan bites
3. Ordered two large pizzas, and they barely put my 2 toppings on – one was beef/green peppers, the other chicken/pineapples.I could quickly count the chickens and pineapples. Then realized one of the two pizzas was thin or new york style pizza after ordering both hand-tossed
4. Tried to call twice and they hung up on me.
I’m assuming they were upset because of the late order “9:17pm), but they got their delivery fee and a $7 tip on a $37;order. I’m also assuming the delivery guy was aware of the mess and so avoided handing it to me.

Don’t eat at this dominos it’s disgusting I found two pieces of hair that was inside my boxes when received I called the store they just hung up phone didn’t even apologize or say oh sorry for the food I called them 6 times back they ignored my call don’t order here it’s very gross if u guys wanna eat pizza I suggest ordering from another dominos or a different pizza place there horrible and they don’t care

I had a great experience at this Domino’s location.
Usually most dominos forget to put hot sauce on my pizza, but this location made sure of it for me, and Elizabeth gave excellent customer service. I will definitely be using this Dominos as my primary location!

Did not put bunch of toppings I paid money for :/Very negligent and unprofessional. The delivery person was nice but other than that, not happy with the purchase. Don’t buy from this location unless you want to toss a coin on a 50-50 chance of getting the toppings you want.

Domino’s claims to deliver but we are 1 block off their grid. They claim to drop in anywhere, also not true. All of the locations we’ve been to appear to be clean but lacking in space, comfort, and they are still lost in the 1990’s with the same look. What is good and true, and most probably the most important thing, is their food is always tasty. It is at times a crap shoot whether or not you’re going to receive the right order. Not so much getting someone else’s order but whether or not they will get your order correct. (Toppings, leaving out items, or giving you regular soda when you’ve ordered diet. Order from this location about every 6-8 weeks and I have had to call corporate for missing points, but I learned save receipts. As annoying as something’s are, it could be a lot worse.

July: Rude employees: one was waiting in the middle of the door with his head turned. When he realized that I was standing there waiting to enter, he said, “oh sorry sir go in.” So I start to walk in and there is a line of employees coming out right behind him. I have no idea why he would tell me to go in, when he was already talking to one of them.
Edit for June: I’ve been going in late for my pizza on purpose; so I think this store should just give up on using the Pie Pass if their employees aren’t using it properly. the new pizzas they’ve had here are great, w great deals often. The Parmesan Stuffed Crust is KING over the OTHER pizza chain’s.
Edit for May, but same as last few times the “pie pass” is being abused by employees to look better (Domino’s Corporate emails surveys about this specifically, btw):
Inside right now, bc app said order ready, but they’re only just now putting my pizza inside the oven. The proof is in the photo, taking over 5 minutes so far… But it’s not ready. Nope, they were wrong again.
Please use your app correctly; I could be sitting in my car right now, and you wouldn’t have someone here just standing around. Either your staff are trying to look better to your bosses, or your bosses are asking them to do stupid things that also go against Domino’s policy.
When I parked, the app said my pizza was ready and waiting to be picked up at the counter. I go inside… nope. had to wait about another min. still fast, but… Employees: Why push the button that it’s ready when it’s not ready? Do you like having customers standing there awkwardly looking at you, waiting for the pizza that you told them was ready, and are now telling them is not?
Domino’s just emailed me a survey again to ask how well you used the Pie Pass Tracker, good luck.

Usual review: Great, quick service with plenty of employees for a crowded night, very easy to go in and out with my order. Tons of topping choices compared to other chains, especially since they offer anchovies… The food is excellent for Domino’s, and they don’t miss toppings.

Been a long time pizza lover but I never really liked dominos due to some sour pies I tasted years ago. However, I had to start ordering here due to the abhorrent experiences I’ve had at the local Papa John’s. Never had any problem every time I ordered here… food is always delicious, safe, and all accounted for. I’m glad I gave you guys a chance.

They delivered my pizza to the wrong address twice and tried to put the blame on the customer (me) that the address was incorrect. But luckily I took a screenshot of the order and proved to them the address was correct. And not even an apology, staff here needs to be re trained and drivers need their eyes checked. Ridiculous !
