We enjoy Domino’s when we’re looking for a quick meal fix, and this location is the one we visit. We’ve ordered many times, and because of cheese allergy, we typically get cheese-less pizza which they usually do great. In the past, we have had an order or two messed up, but a which phone call and always resolved, nobody is perfect. Pizza is always great, salad always fresh, and wings/bread good too! Domino’s is not gourmet, so trying to rate it in that respect wouldn’t make sense. Staff is also super friendly!

Workers were very kind and efficient but the menu was misleading when it came to the chicken wings. Don’t show me a juicy flavorful boneless wing and give me an unseasoned chicken nugget. Pizza is okay.

I’m usually not one to complain but this was absolutely over the top, after removing the contents of cheese and honestly i don’t even know what’s on this pizza anymore, there is a bed of just straight dough, it almost as if they put it in the oven for a minute and took it out, it was absolutely disgraceful and disgusting. From this I also have stomach poisoning and I don’t know if they were just having a bad day or what but this was just unacceptable under any context.

Few days back we called dominos pizza stonybrook for ordering pizza. While ordering my husband clearly mentioned that we need buttery garlic crust 2-3 times (as the person on call did not understand it). And all we got was marinara sauce with lots of crushed garlic. We called them immediately and the same person received the call who took our order and he was ride and said you ordered like that. Like common you work in a pizza store and you don’t understand what buttery garlic crust means? Very much disappointed. I will never order from this store again

Every time they delivery a “surprise” to me because it’s always far from my order. For example, I got a plain cheese pizza with mushrooms ONLY for Hawaiian, a plain cheese pizza for deluxe and a vegan pizza for Hawaiian again! I’m allergic to cheese so I specified it on my order but turns out it’s full of cheeese when I opened it! Must be made from a cheese lover huh. Now I learned to not expect my pizza to be done right!

Had stumbled upon this shop before I go back to dorm, and the waiter is so rude. They didn’t respect my time and wasted 20ish minutes while putting the ready food there on the shelf. Nobody took it off to send it to me and I had to repeatedly ask where’s my “honey BBQ wings”, and the waiter be like: “Honey Barbecue you mean”?
I looked at him shockingly. Is it a time for joking, barbecue is just shorthand, why is that the reason my food isn’t given to me?
I also argued that they forgot to charge the drink and I waited a long time until the person cashier person (different from the previous rude waiter) to charge the drink. I waited 20 minutes to give them extra 2.7 dollars yet he said: “hey I caught you stealing. “ Me: ?????? What do you think I was waiting for? And why did you just go away while I grabbed the drink anyway?
It is sad that they had this petty mindset and my time was disrespected by their negligence at work. You can just be a waiter or cashier but you can’t lost your dignity and respect to people.
I faithfully object their disrespectful behaviors to customers and for men and women alike, I do not advise going to this particular dominoes shop. For your record, I have submitted this feedback to Dominoes official site.

pizza was freezing cold by the time it got to me and the crust was burnt and inedible, the estimated delivery time was 23 minutes and took 42 minutes for the driver to get to me just to have absolutely god awful pizza that i couldn’t reheat or save by any extent because i was at work. completely ruined my night and im working past 4 in the morning so im not happy with the service by any means. also by the time i called they didn’t answer the phone because they were closed so im just furious

Placed an order at 10:30am for a delivery at 12pm…The store called me to cancel the order 20 mins before its expected to arrive. Apparently its was my fault for using the app to place the order…apparently a 15 min drive is too far for the driver…when the app auto selects the location for the delivery. Unbelievable.
