Every time I visit this store I am never greeted with a “hi, hello, or how may I help you.” The staff will look me in my face but not say a word. I always have to initiate the conversation to place an order. Today my husband & I walked in & stood by the register with an employee present. The employee did not say one word to us. We walked out. This was not the first, second, third, or fourth time this behavior has occurred. The customer service is poor. The only reason I continue to order from this restaurant is because of the convenient location. I try to avoid coming to the store for this reason and most orders I place for delivery. I have completed a survey through email regarding this matter. I hope this will help the staff provide better customer service. I can not complain about the quality of the food. My kids love it!

The food they cooked burned but they said that it is! The chef scratches the chilly sauce or tomato sauce on his hand into the barrel of the sauce without gloves. Very crazy place to buy your food. Very rude place. You think the abnormal persons they can cook nice food for you? Don’t assume it and don’t dream it. The hamburger was cooked about 15 minutes, crazy people here.

Every time you order from this location, they want to see your credit card upon delivery. I use Apple Pay and Apple Pay changes the last four digits of the credit card for customer safety unfortunately that’s not good enough for the store and they demand for you to open up your bank account statement to show them that you placed the order before giving you the pizza you have ordered every Thursday night for the past two months

I use Domino’s from time to time and for the most part no problems. I had some points and a offer of a free med pizza with two toppings. The catch is I had to spend at least $13 at this restaurant to get it delivered ohh and there was a $7 delivery fee. Ridiculous!!!!! Don’t order from here
