tell me why i order delivery to pay in cash, the driver, jonas, it said, parked in my drive way and never came to the door. they claim they called me when i don’t have a single call for them besides when they asked if my order was correct when i placed it. i don’t usually write reviews but this is upsetting. maybe he went to the wrong door, im not sure. i called them and they said i wrote do not ring the door bell, that doesnt mean do not come to my door?

I appreciate that the cooks work hard and keep the place clean and my food was good. BUT ITS A RIP OFF. even more so now than when they had bread bowls with 4 pieces of pasta in them. price gouging fast food pizza in NY is absurd. I dont know how dominoes gets the same customers every week. ill come back for another review next year. ITS A CORPORATE PROBLEM CLEARLY

I thought I was eating cardboard with salt on it. It was not very nice at all. It was delivered so I can’t comment on the atmosphere the service was on time they said 35 minutes and it was 35 minutes.

We actually live closer to another dominoes, but we purposely go to the one in Farmingville because they treat us so well. Paul always makes sure that everything is fresh and hot and we really appreciate that! Often times we will ask for plates so that we can eat it right away and we don’t even have to ask anymore! I wanna just let them know that I really appreciate their professionalism and their kindness. It’s better to order online thru their app-it’s a time saver and you don’t have to get out of your car. Another benefit of ordering through the app is you will eventually qualify for free items, including a pizza! Another tip for you folks: use a credit card that will pay you cash back-my card will pay me back 3% of the total amount! It’s not a lot, but it’s something.

I know it’s a delivery service, but I was passing so I decided to go in to order. It’s not a usual place to sit and eat so we just waited after ordering. The food is typical domino’s pizza. It’s good for take out and snacks. My issue was with the service. The gentleman at the register wasn’t too happy we came in to order. The attitude and rolling of the eyes was noticed. In New York, where there’s authentic pizza on every other corner, maybe appreciate the job you have. We were polite and respectful so I don’t know what the tude was for.

I’m actually quite surprised to see poor reviews for this location. I came to give a great review because we’ve been ordering here since they opened as we have been happy to not have to drive to Holbrook anymore. And the food and service have both been great!! I feel for those who had a bad experience but I have to say that is definitely not typical for this location.

I Ordered A Square Cut Pizza And Didn’t Receive It ! It Was Regular Cut! Then They Said They Would Replace It But Still Sent It Regular Not Square Cut! Then The Manager Didn’t Put It In The System So They Never Replaced It! WOW! That’s Just Bad Business Domino’s! You Used To Be My Favorite Domino’s! Smh !
