I had a terrible experience with Domino’s Pizza. First, the food quality was extremely poor—completely unacceptable. The pastas was cold, the toppings were barely there, and it looked nothing like what was advertised.
Second, the customer service was awful. The staff was rude and dismissive when I tried to address the issues with my order. Instead of trying to fix the problem, they acted like they didn’t care.
To make matters worse, they didn’t even follow the instructions I provided while placing my order. I specifically mentioned certain preferences, and they were completely ignored.
I’ve attached pictures of the food and the payment receipt as proof. This was a complete waste of money, and I won’t be ordering from here again. I highly recommend avoiding this location unless you want a disappointing experience.

This review is mainly based on my experience TODAY 9/21/2024 with Melanie a staff member of this branch. I order from this establishment regularly (because of my children) Never had a problem I am familiar with most delivery drivers who I always tip. I received my order but they brought me one item that I didn’t order instead of my cinnamon bread twists. Upon calling the store I spoke with Melanie who I assume got upset that I wanted the cinnamon bread twist that I INITIALLY ordered and paid for instead of the item they sent me. She was very hostile and even clicked on me before I finished my sentence. I can deal with someone giving me an attitude I mean I can only imagine how much goes into working in the fast food industry but what I CAN’T handle is people playing with my food or money this is what I received as cinnamon bread twist. A JOKE!!

Gave this place 2 stars just coz we were too hungry, and they fed us. All thanks to the super oily pizza they served that made us full only with their small slice. We hate to waste but unfortunately had to discard most of our order coz of the bad quality and we didn’t want to take chance with our health.

Great service and delicious pizza Cesar was friendly along with all his staff I order here all the time the pizza is always great the make it at the right temperature Flor sometimes makes my pizza and is always delicious never cold always warm and ready when I get there the attention they give me is amazing I sometimes forget to asked for plates and napkins but they always offer them I’m in love with the brownies they make then soft and the brownies stay warm overall is a great place to order pizza from you don’t always get great service and here I get everything delicious pizza great attention and friendly staff they love what they do.

Every time I come in the employees refuse to acknowledge myself as well as the other customers in the store. I did Carside Delivery this time, and with 5 employees working, not 1 would come out for it. If you don’t want to work maybe close down the store.
