Customer service could use more work. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. They’re the only dominoes on Long Island that have the bread bowl option if you want the bread bowl. The pasta didn’t taste cooked all the way. There wasn’t a lot of the toppings that I asked to put in it just a little bit. It would have been better if they put a little bit more.

we went to go get a pizza but when we got there, the building was closed completely? it says they close at 1am and we got there at 9pm but it looked abandoned. the lights were off and no cars were there. not sure what happened but it was odd.

Walking home from the store we decided to to a Carry-0ut order. Arrived home ready to eat only to open the box to very burnt think crust and slightly burnt tots. Called the store to complain after being on hold for 8 min I was disconnected, called back after 8 min on hold I spoke with the manger who said it was my fault because I ordered the thin crust and hung up on me. I took by burnt pizza and went back to the store, the manger asked what I wanted so I opened the box and asked him if he would serve this to his family . Others in the store agreed the pizza was definitely burned but the manager insisted it was because I ordered the thin crust. After a few exchange of words he said he would make me a new pizza. I no longer wanted anything from this location but a refund. With an attitude I received my refund and I also had to demand a receipt as proof the charge would go back on my CC.

I personally have only been inside a handful of times, so I don’t really know how the atmosphere inside the place is nor how the people are. I usually order through the Domino’s app and it always arrives on time and is hot and fresh. They have never gotten my order wrong (it’s usually the same items anyway) and it always taste super good. I’ve been a long time customer and I honestly can’t complain. The service is always on time and the food is always made exactly to my order, never had any mix ups.

Really upset and disappointed. We ordered an extravaganza pizza which is just meat and veggies. Got it delivered. Went to eat it and found pineapple in the pizza. This wouldn’t of been an issue but my fiance is ALLERGIC to pineapple. I called 6 times to the store location. I got HUNG UP on all 6 times. I did not want another pizza because I was afraid they would mess it up again. I wanted a refund. I called the customer service line, went to social media and attempted to get the franchise owner. Not a single person has reached out. Needless to say, I will not be ordering ever again. If my fiance ate that pizza, he would of needed to go to the emergency room. The bull of “quality control check” is just them letting it sit so they can make you wait longer. DISGRACEFUL customer service.

I just picked up my pizza and right when I open it I notice that part of my crust is missing like someone pulled it off and started to snack on it this is fucin crazy that one of the workers just started snacking on it I work the graveyard shift and took my only break to get food and I could not believe the state of my order not only that the parking there is awful and before I walked in I saw a pissed in cup with trash on the window outside of the dominoes
