The people that work here are very rude. I walked in to the store at 7pm there were no other customers. Two people working, no one acknowledged me for five minutes. One person was making a pizza and the other standing at the oven staring at the pizza while I was standing at the register waiting. Very poor customer service.

I’ve been ordering here regularly for the past few years. They have improved a lot. Especially with delivery. Although their food can get a bit expensive with the 5 dollar delivery charge + tip, normally store pickup works beautifully. In terms of service, I’ve had no issues in the last year.

Not the worst I have ever had. But most definitely not the best dominos I’ve ever had. The location for this one is in a good spot. The app gave me a time to come pick up the food, and I actually beat the time to getting there. But the food was already done and sitting. Most of the food was still warm but the pizza was cold. Wish their app matched their momentum in the restaurant.

Very rude driver and manager. I placed a order for contactless delivery. I didn’t see the driver’s call. I called the store because they never delivered to me. The moment I called to say my order didn’t get delivered, driver kept yelling “listen, listen, listen”. He told me straight up, “you didn’t pick up the phone, what do you want me to do?”. He was yelling. He hung up on me. When I called back the store, they finally picked up after several tries when I used a different number. They were ignoring calls from my cell phone. The manager blindly sided with the driver and said he cannot have this order redelivered because apparently I yelled at the driver. All I told the driver was to not yell at me. He wouldn’t even let me speak. The manager said he could refund me but that would flag my account. The manager also said that the driver did nothing wrong. Don’t waste your time at this store. Take your buisness elsewhere. They stole my money and didn’t even care to give me my food. Instead, I was yelled at and treated rudely. This place is clearly run by manner less people who have no customer service skills.

I had ordered a basic cheesy bread from this location and the driver was dispatched and apparently had delivered said bread. The bread was in fact not delivered and in trying to right this mistake I was struck by a long process of trying to get a hold of the restaurant. I had called the number a multitude of times just simply trying to get to someone on the other end. For some reason Dominos feels the need to employ a call center that works as a middle man to assist in the taking of calls for their stores and In doing so has lost business. I was not able to get through to the store itself and and still awaiting my beloved cheesy bread. I’m am asking any and all to stand with me in trying to right all wrongs done by this company and store! Shame on you Dominos!

Ordered my food, took over an hour to respond with an accurate status of my order, then I called back and the manger who then spoke clear English explained he never received an order which was completely a lie. I couldn’t imagine buying food from a liar or a thief!!!! Imagine what kind of things go into the practices of making your food . The domino’s pizza on 501 westbury ave Carle place.
