I don’t know who answers the phone but he is so rude! Everytime I call he play games and then have the nerve to say hurry up. He needs to be fired. One time he acted like he can’t hear me n hung up another time he left me on hold for 10 mins and another time he cursed me out bc I was asking him what topping they had for the cheesy bread. He don’t need to work there or answer the calls. Horrible

I ordered 1 pizza and 8 wings at 10:20 PM, and over an hour later, I still haven’t received my order. I’ve called the restaurant multiple times, and each time they tell me it’ll be “5–6 minutes,” but nothing ever arrives. i’ve never written a review, but this store deserves one. by far the WORST, customer service i received last night. if you want to order dominos, id simply avoid this new york location. i ordered a pizza, and the picture below just leaves me speechless. The manager, MD, was notably hostile during my visit. His demeanor created an unwelcoming atmosphere that made the entire dining experience uncomfortable. He made me very uncomfortable the whole time as i couldn’t even understand what he was saying.
Upon entering the store, I couldn’t help but notice that the cleanliness of the establishment left a lot to be desired. The tables were dirty and filthy and the overall appearance of the store was not up to the standard I expect from a reputable pizza chain like Domino’s. The general tidiness of the place was lacking. Regrettably, the condition of the store seemed to extend to the food preparation area. The food, including my pizza, appeared less than appetizing. It was evident that attention to hygiene and cleanliness was lacking, further diminishing my confidence in the quality of the meal. As i received my pizza, I discovered a mosquito in one of the slices. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS!! This was not only unappetizing but also raised concerns about the overall sanitation practices in the kitchen.
Given the combination of the inhospitable attitude from the manager, the cleanliness of the store, and the presence of an unwelcome guest in my pizza, I am disappointed with my recent experience at this Domino’s location. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more positive dining experience for future customers.

I requested extra chicken on 2 pizza and it didn’t have any chicken. I called to let them know and they offered a free pizza. The next time I ordered my pizza was covered with large uncut chicken.

The pizza is really good here. The place is very clean. But the workers need to know how to pick up the phone. I was on the phone with a work I placed an order her hanged up on me. I tried to call back 8 times and they didn’t pick up. One time they even tried to scam my brother out of his money when he just tried to by a sprite.
