As they always take time to bring the pizza to your house, we decided to put the order to pick up when I got to the store. They did not have the name of my order. They asked me for the phone number. They asked what phone number I called and yes it was the store that is in spring valley, that store where is hard for you to found parking space, after10 minutes in the restaurant try to figure out for my order another employee appeared this one found my order under the name of another person and another phone number Apparently they had confused the orders. after picking up my order when I got home they were not the pizzas as I ordered them please gentlemen, let’s pay more attention to the customer when ordering and be more kind because you are the one that make the mistake and instead of apologizing you are still rude. I didn’t get to ask for anything for free, I pay for a service.

Absolutely worst pizzia experience of my life! Called was told hello by almost every employee that was clocked in before they all wanted to laugh and keep putting me on hold. Then they proceed to take my order, I end up calling back after because I wanted to pay with card only to be put back in the phone tag gale, then got to someone who spoke absolutely no English nor did she understand the English alphabet which was now just too much for me, I then asked to speak with someone else, he then comes to the phone tells me hello as well, ask me for my address AGAIN (this was now the 3rd person to ask) I then explained I just wanted to pay with card, to THEN be put on hold AGAIN!! for them to then come back and tell me they can’t deliver to me! Mind you I’ve been ordering here for years!! This is absolutely insane work!

THE worst place I ever ordered food at. Avoid them at all costs. Pizza took over an hour to be delivered. The major problem was it wasn’t delivered either when it says it was. When I tried to call to see what was up no one ever picked up the phone. This place sucks and so do all the people who work here

very expensive pizza. I wanted to take the smallest one, they asked me for 19 dollars. I refused. for $19 I can get a large pizza somewhere else entirely. but the worst thing that surprised me was that the staff does not use gloves!!! I ordered a sandwich and they started putting ingredients into my sandwich without gloves!!! Besides, 5 minutes ago he took money from me and started touching my food with the same hands!!! disgusting and expensive. shame and shame again! No wonder Domino’s has such a low rating! I give one star, although they don’t even deserve one star!

listen to this story, I call at about 10:30, its 12:06 and the food hasn’t came, I have been looking at the reviews and never ordering here again, the service is bad, she hung up the phone when I was speaking mind and im sitting here like bro when is my food coming im hungry and its been close to 2 hours. Barley speaks english like for 3 years this has been happening and they don’t fix there service or hire people who speak english? and the service for real hanged up the phone will I be getting my food? everyone is closing right now and im hungry like this is pathetic fix your place or close. EDITED : got my food I think the blue car was the car he was supposed to come, but he has been standing in his car since he called and never left his car expecting me to come outside and greet him and get my food but he very nice, Charged me for sprite and didn’t even get me the sprite, please people don’t buy from their, let them run out of business .

I would definitely avoid this location. The employees were handling handing money, mops, brooms and wiping their noses all while preparing pizza with no gloves. Never washed their hands in between. Let’s face it, we know what we do with our hands. Imagine theirs and it’s all over the food they are preparing. I have attached a photo as evidence.
