Honestly the reviews seem sketchy. But no worries whoever they got working now has to be a great team. At night on Saturdays of course tho. I had ordered last night a couple pies for the random family get together. And these pizzas LOOKED SO PERFECT, ON POINT, AND SHOCKING. We ALL looked at the pizza boxes 3 times to confirm it was dominos!! Whoever made my pizzas deserves a raise. A day off when they want and a shoutout. Kudos to the night team from yesterday. AND THANK YOU. YOU ALL SHOWED OUT.

This location is the worse and I will never order from them again. I live in a complex with multiple apartments. They park at the top of the street, call and expect me to walk up the stairs to them. Their drivers can’t speak/understand English, read parking signs and lazy so they lie and say they can’t find parking and don’t bring the food to your door. Why are charging a delivery fee if I’m unable to get it delivered directly to my door? This has happened numerous of times, I lost count. This time I recorded the interaction. The driver called me twice and I explained where he can park and where he has to go. He left, delivered to another residence and then circled back. I called the store and explained the situation. The shift manager was no help, lied and said the store manager would return my call and they never did.

Deliver took forever. Pizza was cold not even warm. I had gotten extra toppings and the pizza looked as if it was lacking toppings. Not sure what’s going wrong at this place Domino’s corporate needs to do a review at this establishment

Our experience with this Domino’s location was incredibly disappointing. We placed an order through the app at 5:40 PM. After an hour of waiting, we called at 6:40 PM for an update and were told there was an “issue with the app” but that our delivery driver had just left.
By 7:50 PM, with still no food, we called again. To our shock, we were informed that our order had been canceled because we supposedly didn’t answer a call from the delivery driver. We checked our phones and had no missed calls. The employee, James, insisted the driver claimed it went “straight to voicemail.”
To make matters worse, when we asked to speak with a manager, James told us they were not in and he had no idea when they would be available. The app never notified us of the cancellation, leaving us waiting for over two hours for nothing. Now, we have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund on an order we never received.
The complete lack of communication, accountability, and professional service was appalling. James was completely unhelpful throughout the process.

I have been ordering from this location for the last four years and they have never once disappointed me, I always order delivery and if I tell them to leave it on my door, they always have.

I requested delivery of a pizza at 5:55,at 6:47 the delivery driver called and demanded I come out to get the pizza. I requested that he bring it to the door he refused. He stated ” I’m not going to come to the door in this weather ” it was raining. I’ve always expected a delivery order to be brought to the door. Never again, and I caution others to avoid the Tuckahoe RD Domino outlet since the assistant manager thinks that is an acceptable level of service. I called and was informed the manager was not there. I previously lived in the snowbelt of PA and got delivery in four feet of snow and tipped accordingly. I actually like Domino pizza, but will never order it again. I’d rather call papa.

First they were extremely late, then the pizza was cold and look at the dessert. I don’t know but it looks weird that there was a piece of the brownie on top the the other. All the pieces should be flat side by side not one on top of the other. And it was burned. What happened to the quality check? I guess domino’s considers burned, cold food to be good quality
