unfriendly service – we wanted to have the pizza deal ($6.99 – two medium pizzas, two toppings free). We were looking at the toppings when he rudely told us that we can’t look on those pizzas because specialty pizzas were not included in the deal which we were aware of. After telling him that, he continued to tell us we can’t look at the toppings selection. After he finally understood what we wanted, we were asking for one with just cheese and to use the two toppings we wouldn’t use on that one on the other one. He again rudely said we couldn’t do that so we asked to put those two toppings on the cheese one so that we have two separate cheese sides. He again told us we couldn’t do that which we didn’t understand because we hab those two toppings free. After discussing with him he finally put in the two toppings for each, looked at us in a rude way and spat out the time the pizza will take. He then went on to his coworkers to complain about us which is highly unprofessional. As a little side info, they also were not using gloves or anything to show a good hygiene.

i ordered delivery and the delivery person was very rude, didn’t want to hand over pizza, was saying he waited 15 min when i was outside the whole time i saw him arrive and he was telling me i was going to get charged extra for the wait, there was no wait. i’ve always ordered from here and never had an issue until now, if you don’t like your job choose something else!

I’m a 76 year old who is not familiar with apps. I was there the other day and I tried to do the app, but I had a hard time with it to get the large pizza two toppings for $6.99 that day and nobody would help me. I was very very upset and I had to leave. I will never come back there again!!

Locally owned Domino’s franchise that does NOT answer to corporate. My last order was for a pepperoni pizza and it was MANGLED and mostly not edible. I have been researching who owns this franchise to make a proper complaint but I have no idea who is the owner.

Whoever answered the phone was the most rude employee I’ve EVER dealt with. He refused to fulfill my order and then lied to me saying I was 35 mins away and I was too far away for delivery, so I should call a different store. When I checked my GPS, it said I was 11-13 mins away from their location.
I called at 11pm.. The Mamaroneck location closes at 12am, so I’m assuming that the employee(s) at this location were just too lazy to do their jobs and didn’t want to prepare and deliver my food an hour before closing when im only 13 mins away. Funny part is all the other locations are even further, so he refused me service because of distance, but wanted me to order from a store that was further away.
When I called to let him know I wasn’t far at all, thinking he was just mistaken about my address, he said to me…. “ok well then come and pick it up, if you’re only 13 mins away”…
Needless to say I will NEVER be ordering dominos again.!

This place was terrible until the past year. Longer bake times and actual sauce on pizza for once. Good value. Osvaldo Top Dog Here, Hooks Me Up.
Update 5/27/19
Stick to carryout. Only if you can’t drive because of inebriation should you order delivery. 5.99 for a delivery charge is INSANE!!!! and that’s without tip.

Says order is ready and it wasn’t even started yet. I watched him start to make it after it said it was ready for 10 minutes. Had to wait about 20 minutes total after order was deemed ready. Then the breadbites had nearly no seasoning. my gf liked her pizza. Previous orders have been fine.

Overall OK – but a lot of mistakes consistently with getting my order correct – the last two times I have ordered thin crust pizza and was delivered a regular pizza and about 1 in 4 deliveries, they forget the sodas. Not the delivery person’s issue (very professional) – issue appears to be attention to detail on dispatch of the orders. These issues are not recent – have been going on for a long time.
