Hows this business even running? Everything is messed up. Got there around 10pm and the door was closed. After waiting for so long, finally someone shows up. Then they charged me for wrong order as the lady there clearly dont understand english. Then another lady came and checked my order confirmation and clearly my order was not even made. Then they started speaking in spanish and clearly invented blatant lies that we came late so the order was canceled. But the truth is we got there in 30 mins. We asked if they can make it now but she denied our order!

I placed my order at 9:30 PM and arrived at 10:25 PM to pick it up, only to find it hadn’t been prepared. The female employee with glasses (most likely spanish) working the front counter handed me someone else’s order and charged me for it.
When I pointed out the mistake, she made excuses and then refused to serve me, blaming my “attitude,” even though the error was clearly hers. She also refused to give me her name.
As a pregnant customer, I found this treatment extremely upsetting and unprofessional. I expect management to address this immediately. This had been thr worst Dominos ever!!!!

Absolutely outstanding location! I cannot say enough about the quality of service, presentation and preparation.
The order is usually always right and on the rare occasion where something might be amiss, It is taken care of directly.
There are other stores in the area that would do well to come over here and learn how to operate a Dominos.

It’s hard to find chichen in Chicken pizza.
Mango Wings had no sauce at all.
No greetings at all.

The pizza is burnt at the crust and raw on the core. Topings are burnt and inconsistent. This is the second time in a row my pizza experience is ruined. Very disappointed!
Noticed new guy is preparing my pizza and running my pizza experience. This store lost its consistency and the real Domino’s taste.
Don’t recommend this store.

I ordered online. Reached after half hour. My order was already fulfilled based on the screen but the girl said they’re working on it. 10 mins waiting I came to know they accidentally sent my order to someone else. They were nice enough to order me a free upgrade from medium to large pizza to compensate though.

Apparently this is the quantity you get (half plate/full) partially dried pasta when you use a coupon offered on the same dominos website. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this location at Milltown, NJ. Go to another location or your nearest Pizza Hut which will be worth your money and constant business (if you order take-out constantly like me.)

Pizza was decent. Delivery was fast. However, service was unpleasant. My husband gets a call from the delivery driver confirming the address which is at a hotel we’re staying at. She asks if she can just deliver it to the lobby. Ok, no problem. My husband goes down to get it and says she rushed into the parking lot (which I actually heard from the room), got out and practically demanded that he sign. No hello or even a smile. Before he could hand the paper back, she started to rudely ask if he was going to tip. “No tip? No tip?” He was going to tip but after that very unprofessional and rude experience, not anymore. Please reevaluate who you hire and maybe also pay them a livable wage so they don’t need to rely on tips!

Im a regular customer. I always order delivery. Today I wasn’t able to tip on the app but I was going to tip in cash. The driver just threw my pizza on the floor and my receipts were all over the floor. This pizza was for my son but now he won’t be able to have any. Im pretty sure the driver messed w the food. This is your average Domino’s pizza in terms of taste. The staff here is very friendly, and quick! If you order online or via phone, the estimate they provide you of when your food will be ready is always accurate. This location has been renovated recently, and looks very modern, with TV screens displaying the menu, and a separate TV screen which shows which orders are being made, and the estimated time in which the order will be ready.
There is limited seating available, perhaps 3 tables with 4 chairs each. So if you want to dine in, that is an option. As mentioned before, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. One time, my order was delayed by 10 min, and when it was finally ready, I asked for a side of sauce (their garlic sauce is amazing to dip crusts in). They gave me 3 for free, to make up for the delay in the order. Of the dozens of times I have frequented this location, this was the only time my order was delayed.
Overall, the food is good, the price is good, and the staff is great. 5 stars.
