I ordered a pizza with extra cheese, but when my order arrived, something was clearly wrong. Nearly half of the cheese was missing from the pizza, and the wings were barely cooked. Concerned, I called the store to address the issue.
Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. I was told that it was my mistake and that I should have checked the receipt. The manager I spoke with was rude, unapologetic, and dismissive, and the only solution offered was for me to purchase another pizza, which is unacceptable given the quality of the food received.
Mistakes happen, but customer service matters. I was disappointed not only by the food quality but by how the situation was handled. I hope this location takes feedback seriously and improves how concerns are addressed in the future.

Pizza was not cooked. Wrong order pie wasn’t sliced. Lava cakes were smashed. And the deluxe pie is raw.
Bbq wings are burnt. And the marinara dip looks like it has been sitting in a moldy fridge… the guy on the phone told me “you should have ordered well done.”
They must be high all the time to screw up a pizza on a conveyer belt. Ridiculous and sad.
I would avoid this dominos at all costs. Your better off eating jail pizza.
Update: management refused a refund. The fact that I have to cook a pizza I ordered myself is absolutely unacceptable.
Update: 2 years later and it’s just as bad, if not worse. I’m contacting the health department now. My entire house got sick and threw up for the rest of the week after eating from here recently 1/24/2025
After placing my order, I was told I’d have to wait THREE HOURS for my food. Three. Hours. That information should’ve been communicated before taking the order. Because of the ridiculous wait time, I cancelled.
What made it worse?
• No apology. No accountability. Nothing.
• The boy answering the phone sounded completely confused, like he had no idea what was going on.
• When I asked to speak to a manager, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional instead of trying to fix the situation.
There was zero customer service, zero ownership, and zero care. If you’re hungry and expect basic respect or communication, do yourself a favor and order elsewhere. This location clearly doesn’t value customers at all.
