I’ve ordered from Domino’s Pizza countless times and have never had an issue—until tonight.
I ordered a pizza with extra cheese, but when my order arrived, something was clearly wrong. Nearly half of the cheese was missing from the pizza, and the wings were barely cooked. Concerned, I called the store to address the issue.
Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. I was told that it was my mistake and that I should have checked the receipt. The manager I spoke with was rude, unapologetic, and dismissive, and the only solution offered was for me to purchase another pizza, which is unacceptable given the quality of the food received.
Mistakes happen, but customer service matters. I was disappointed not only by the food quality but by how the situation was handled. I hope this location takes feedback seriously and improves how concerns are addressed in the future.

We have been fans of Domino’s Pizza for a long time and continue to enjoy the great variety they offer at a reasonable price. Recently, I placed a scheduled order for a party and was really hoping the pizzas would be hot and ready on time. I’m happy to say my expectations were met and even exceeded. When I arrived to pick up the order, the pizzas were fresh, hot, and literally steaming. Everyone at the party enjoyed them, and the quality made the event even better. Thank you, Domino’s, for consistently delivering great food and service.

Good service and tasty pizzas. Orders are usually ready on time and the staff is polite. The waiting area can get a bit crowded during rush hours, and consistency in toppings could be improved, but overall a reliable Domino’s location.

After receiving someone else’s order I came to find out the pizza wasn’t even cut.

I reached out to the store and they came back with the correct food

Pizza was not cooked. Wrong order pie wasn’t sliced. Lava cakes were smashed. And the deluxe pie is raw.
Bbq wings are burnt. And the marinara dip looks like it has been sitting in a moldy fridge… the guy on the phone told me “you should have ordered well done.”

They must be high all the time to screw up a pizza on a conveyer belt. Ridiculous and sad.

I would avoid this dominos at all costs. Your better off eating jail pizza.

Update: management refused a refund. The fact that I have to cook a pizza I ordered myself is absolutely unacceptable.

Update: 2 years later and it’s just as bad, if not worse. I’m contacting the health department now. My entire house got sick and threw up for the rest of the week after eating from here recently 1/24/2025

This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with Domino’s Pizza.

After placing my order, I was told I’d have to wait THREE HOURS for my food. Three. Hours. That information should’ve been communicated before taking the order. Because of the ridiculous wait time, I cancelled.

What made it worse?
• No apology. No accountability. Nothing.
• The boy answering the phone sounded completely confused, like he had no idea what was going on.
• When I asked to speak to a manager, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional instead of trying to fix the situation.

There was zero customer service, zero ownership, and zero care. If you’re hungry and expect basic respect or communication, do yourself a favor and order elsewhere. This location clearly doesn’t value customers at all.

I placed the order for well done pizza. I picked up the pizza after 10 mins after the ready. When I picked up pizza was cold and not well done . I told them to do well done and they burned the pizza .so, I requested for new pizza and they said I have to pay again . The staff was do aggressive and don’t believe in customer satisfaction . They don’t provide the manager name or number . So don’t waste the money here . Please choose different location . So. We don’t picked the pizza from this store and he follow us till store door and he put the pizza on the floor . Domino’s management team has to involve and take the step appropriately. I spoke with tha manger and he doesn’t provide the solution .

Waited 3 hrs for delivery. Right when I was writing a refund complaint the driver showed up with food.This kid was super cool and explained why it took so long.great driver this cuban spanish kid.it was the super bowl night so I understand..no biggie..I hope the owner gives him a raise!

I’ve lived around the area for 10+ years. I’ve always passed by but I never once stepped into this restaurant until a couple days ago and that was my last time ever going back there. There was a guy who looked to be the manager that was nice, but that didn’t distract me from the place itself. It was filthy and probably one of the most dirtiest places I’ve ever got food from. The place was dead but all the food and crumbs on the counter they make the food on was just sitting there not being cleaned. The dirt that was all by the windows building up, the dirty and hard food crumbs where people sit down and eat was old and gross. The employee that was making my food was on her phone when I walked in and never washed her hands before making my food (they also aren’t mandated to wear gloves when making food so they HAVE to ALWAYS wash their hands). She put my food in the oven then went back on her phone waiting for my food to be done. She then got my food from the oven (still never washed her hands) and handed me my food. At the time I didn’t really think it would be that bad to eat it because I’ve had worse, however the pain the food gave my stomach was horrible. If I knew it was going to be that disgusted I would’ve never ordered the food ahead or waste my time and money on this terrible managed place.
