Ordered food 3 hours ago. No updates on app or website. Call them 3-4 times, go on hold, they say how can I help you, I say its been 3 hours and I’ll come pick it up forget the delivery. They say no and immediately hang up. Ended up waiting 4 hours for dinner (I ate dinner at midnight guys) (it was super cold) and I was cursed at and hung up on by the staff, while I maintained a calm attitude. Do not recommend.

I just called which I used to do in South Brunswick, never had any problems but here is a different story. I ordered b4 and they didn’t follow instructions. I decided to give them another chance so I called and then they hung up the phone on me, very nice. Please do not support this store.

I should agree on other reviewers about service . It was really average … they don’t have pepper or red chilli flakes for the pizza. Quality of pizza was kinda ok .. we ordered a thin crust pizza and tasted good. Good parking facilities available.. hope they improve the customer service …. Good luck

I received my order only to see that one of the pies was made wrong. I went back to go ahead and get this fixed, already angry that I had to take out extra time as I tried calling 4-5 times for about 30 minutes and got no answer. The manager agreed to remake it and then proceeded to somehow remake it WRONG. He showed it to me and then went ahead and blamed me for telling him the wrong order when he checked the old pizza himself and also printed out the order receipt to see what I ordered. This was already after about another 20 minutes of waiting. The manager Abdulla refused to process a refund and wasnt even ready to accept blame saying “this is not our fault, we are busy” to which I tried explaining that being busy is not an excuse for making orders wrong. This is absolutely the worst display of customer service I have ever seen from any restaurant in my history. To get blamed and cursed at by a so called manager when the store is in the wrong is an abysmal display. Abdulla should not have a job let alone be a manager with the type of attitude he displays.

Worst place! They dared to leave my food literally on the floor outside getting cold for God knows how long. ( no call).I left intructions to leave INSIDE PORCH. I had to throw out one of my pies because it just look like garbage. It was just all cold. Never again! Lesson learned.

Very rude! Horrible customer service. They do not know how to make a pizza. Very less quality of toppings. A medium size pizza has only a few chicken pieces, that too some slices miss the chicken piece. Even kids are always sad seeing something wrong with their pizza. Some old folks changed, I hoped to see better results but no improvement. They do not even care. When I mentioned that very less amount of toppings, they just told me to cancel order, when kids were waiting hungry for dinner. Very bad, very bad very bad service, please do not buy from them to teach them a lesson that I’d you take money you need to deliver minimum quality. Please help me in this movement to stop this business stealing people’s money. I live the neighborhood, I really want this guys to learn a lesson and serve better.

Wish i could give review in negative.This dominos management is pathetic and you can’t trust these guys and ensure that you cross check your order their itself . I placed an order on 16th with order number 142 and it was snowing so i took order and came back. It was customized order due to allergies/religious belief. I was in rush so my kid opened the box and ate one slice and when i realized it was all messed up. I called them to complain but they were like that i need to come back in snow to give them proof and if one slice is done then they cannot do any thing. Do not trust this management and these guys and i wont be going back as they manipulate orders and can put anything which may be allergic or could hurt your religious sentiments.” AGAIN DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE AND THEIR STAFF”
