Not sure what creature owns this franchise, but they need to get it together. 10 minute drive from my job takes 2 hours to deliver a single pizza. This place is always under staffed, under communicative, and the business is being run underground. 2 stars because they seldomly attain enough resources to deliver lunch during work events.

Ordered a large deluxe and a pepperoni pizza and received a pepperoni and a cheese pizza, both of which were cold. After multiple phone calls to just get someone to answer the phone they said they would send new pizzas. Never received the new pizzas. We were told the first pizza would be there by 6 and didn’t show up until near 7pm.

This restaurant routinely messes up my order. I pay for extra toppings, I get what I would consider light toppings. The drivers can’t seem to follow simple instructions for delivery. I ask them to walk between buildings a and b, and they call saying “Hi, I’m at buildings c and d”, like… Come on. I had to tip the dude $18 because he didn’t even have $10 change. Get real. This place is an absolute joke. Get it together Steven.

Ordered two pizzas and pepperoni cheesy bread from here, when the order arrived one of the pizzas was different from what I ordered. Normally I’d let it go, but being how the pizza was $18 AFTER a coupon, I called to see what happened. They said they’d make another and redeliver it. I waited for over an hour and nothing showed up. I called back, and just as I finished saying the pizza never arrived they hung up on me. I called back again and waited on hold for around 10 minutes before someone else finally answered. I explained the situation and they said they spoke to a manager and would just refund the order, and that he had manually processed the refund himself. Turns out today that they lied and didn’t refund the order either.
I was absolutely floored, I’ve never had an experience like this ever. I get the staff is probably minimum wage and overworked, but c’mon this is like bare minimum stuff here. This isn’t just laziness or incompetence, this is just straight up lying. I wasn’t being nasty with them or demanded anything, they offered all the solutions and then just simply didn’t do them and then lied about it to cover their ass and hoped I’d go away. Unreal that this place is still in business after they rip off their customers like that.

We ordered from here multiple times previously with no problems but whoever the delivery driver was today on July 20th claimed our house was out of zone and he also claimed he knocked on our door and we said we never ordered it (he must have knocked on the wrong door!), which lead to him cancelling our order. We called up after waiting for our food for over 30 minutes after he called us saying we never actually even put our address in (which we did) and we spoke with a child in charge over the phone. He was extremely rude to my mother and was extremely unhelpful. They offered to now bring us the food after an hour of waiting for the order, but who knows with how nasty and childish they handled the situation if the food would have been warm or sanitary. Maybe the actual adult owner should consider hiring new drivers who know how to input addresses correctly and somebody who knows how to speak to upset customers over the phone.

Usually get delivery, never had much problems , but just this time you can tell barely any effort was made for the food. Not expecting great food like always, ordered honey bbq wings, looked like last minute they forget the bbq sauce on the wings, handmade pan pizza with lots of grease, and to top it off, delivery driver completely rude. Then I was told that this delivery driver usually acts like this so I’m sure I’m not the only one who had to deal with this. Just a minute once they arrived I get 8 phone calls back to back in a minute , how is that possible!?!? Gotten told to make sure to pick up the phone next time, yet they just arrived. Definitely not wasting any effort or time ordering here again.
