Unprofessional, depending on who’s upfront. I went in to pick up an order and they were talking about a customers size and that he shouldn’t be eating all that food. That same day I had ordered a pizza with hot sauce and requested extra, instead of just doubling up on the pumps, they decided to take the lid off and pore the hot sauce directly on the pie and made it look like soup. I was forced to clean off all that excess to make it edible.

Probably thought about just leaving, but this hero left the food at my door, knowing I would wake up from my inibriated state at 01:00 needing sustenance. Not all heroes wear cape’s. Good pizza, order was ready quickly, this is one of the few dominos I’ve ever seen that you can dine in as dominos is mainly a take out place. They have a large seating area inside this location. Employees were pleasant.

The staff at this location speak in an unprofessional and rude manner, with little regard for who they are addressing. Their approach to situations is extremely judgmental. I left feeling disrespected and completely unseen today, and I will never return to this Mays Landing location.
Some emotional intelligence and empathy training would go a long way in improving how you interact with people.
To the lady who disrespected me just because I packed wrongfully which wasn’t intentional because I had crying babies. You went ahead and reported to the manager that I called four times and that’s the way your manager addressed the issue with no empathy but authority in his voice. I placed an order over the phone and the young man who took my Oder gave me a total of the food I ordered after I hung up it didn’t seem right it seemed like it was to much money for what I ordered so I called back and spoke to the general manager they charged me for 9 garlic butter cups and I didn’t order that many so she said would take them off the bill but she would no longer deliver to my house because she always has a problem with me and that is not the case she is very unprofessional and she has a nasty attitude she canceled my order so I didn’t get any food but she proceeded to still charge my bank card 80$ for the pizza’s that I didn’t get I called several days in a row and I was told it take 7-10 business days to receive my money back but I never did so finally I spoke with the general manager again and she said she will not be giving me a refund at all and I got very angry and used some choice words that I probably shouldn’t but that does not give her a reason to steal from me either I called Corprate and it’s been 3 days and still havnt heard back no more dominos for me but I’m going to get my money back

You guys took advantage of an elderly man. Shame on you. Absolutely ridiculous how he called for 2 medium pizzas at 12 pm scheduled to come at 1 pm. He paid right then and there on the phone. We are 12 minutes away from your location and you were over half and hour late. The pizza was cold and the driver was rude. Shane on you for promising an old man his food by 1 and taking advantage of him. He would’ve waited an hour without complaining and even still tipped 20%. I cannot believe you guys.

I placed online order for pick up. I arrive at the location – first time ever being there and there is no parking. There was an abandoned car and a cement mixer on one side of building and a street with no parking on other. I saw delivery vehicles in back of building so I decided to park there. I walked around front by the cement mixer and construction materials. I was greeted as I walked in …I grabbed a 2 liter from the cold box and the CSR asked if I wanted to add to my order – I said no it was included after giving my name for the 3rd time. my pizza and breadsticks were placed on counter and the CSR asked me to swipe card and I can give a tip on the screen. I sign and gather my items and walk out to the dark side of building to load stuff in car. As I am loading car I am almost hit by a leaving delivery driver with the sign on top. After entering car, I reverse to go out the opposite way and was almost hit by an arriving driver. After I get home, which was 9 minutes – the pizza was cold and they forgot my marinara for the breadsticks.
I uploaded the picture from google to show the same abandoned car. No lights – No sidewalk on that side of building and I was there at 8 30 pm.

I ordered a medium pan pizza yesterday and when I got it, it wasn’t cut all the way and was burnt. After I cut it myself it wasn’t that bad. But I definitely don’t like my pan pizza crispy. Other then that I have no complaints.
