I did a mobile order for a pepperoni/bacon pizza and was notified upon parking it was done. Walked in and stood there for about 5 minutes before someone asked what I needed and said it would be right out. I waited for exactly 15minutes while multiple orders were being picked up and sent out. No one making eye contact like I wasn’t even there. Watched one man cut 5 different topping pizzas with the same dirty blade after taking a bunch of random items out of his pockets and laughing. Super unsanitary and unprofessional. The older woman there I’m assuming was the manager didn’t even acknowledge me waiting once. Then the same man who was cutting those pizzas asked me again what I was waiting for. No communication in their staff at all. I also got the garlic topping on the crust as per usual and this man literally put a skinny pencil line across the crust and cut it so unevenly it’s insane. Shame this new staff was so bad because I’ve never had a bad experience here. Will not be returning after this though for sure. Staff changes every 2 weeks and just gets worse.

I’m a frequent customer of Domino’s, visiting at least 2-3 times a week, but l’ve never experienced a problem like this before.Unfortunately, the customer service at this location was extremely rude.When I asked for crushed pepper and napkins to go, the staff told me to grab my own napkins from the box and claimed they didn’t carry crushed pepper, which seems unlikely. The customer service was appalling.The person in the picture appears to lack manners, customer service skills, and proper communication etiquette, coming across as very rude.

Um… I know and can see people have had bad experiences, but I just wanna say that, that was literally the best pizza I’ve had in years! (and also the first time ordering at Dominoes too) I did a Doordash Delivery order so I didn’t really get to experience customer service but I can tell you that the pizza was immaculate. I don’t almost ever do reviews but I just had to for this one. I ordered mine at 9/22/2025 at around 8 o’clock I believe? So if any of you guys at that Dominoes reading this, Keep doing your thing Nightshift! I appreciate the delicious pizzas and the hard work y’all do!

I don’t know where to begin. First I ordered some stuffed cheesy bread, and as you can see they sent the wrong item. That would be fine, mistakes happen. I figured I’d just eat the tots, but then I opened that box and saw this! Not only was it not what I ordered, it didn’t look appealing! I couldn’t bring myself to eat them so I decided to call them on the phone to see what can be done about the mistaken order.
I called my local Dominos several times, and each time the person working answered the phone (this was a Saturday evening, so I understood it would be busy), he put me on a silent hold and never came back to the phone each time.
I called several times, at different intervals, just to be put on hold. I finally gave up and decided to take a loss on the 7 bucks, and inform those reading this review to understand what they may encounter when ordering from here. I’ve ordered from there before, and most of the time there’s no issue.
Dominos is Dominos I’m not expecting a 5 star restaurant meal, but when an error is made and even the attempts that I make to correct the error are in vain, what else can you do ♂️
I don’t know when or if I’ll order from them again, but, now others are aware that this could happen to them ♂️

On the Super Bowl I bought some pizzas. This store is out of my delivery area so I drove to pick up my order. I got back home and the two pizzas I ordered were completely burnt and disgusting (didn’t expect much, however as it is Dominoes). I called to let them know, and the young girl on the phone told me that next time I place an order, to give the register employee my phone number and I will be given two free pizzas. So, like an idiot I didn’t get her name and she didn’t even ask me for my phone number to confirm it. Today I called them to make sure I had my “free pizzas” under my phone number but no one picked up the phone after it ringing for 10 minutes. So I order online and I go in to pick up my order, to give the young kid the speech, and before I can even finish he says “we don’t do that here. Your total is $46.51”. Completely cutting me off mid sentence. So if you don’t “do that here”… why are your employees lying over the phone then??? In addition, the employees looked miserable like they were being slave-whipped in the back, and were just flat out rude.

Go here all the time but I don’t know what happened the customer service is really bad. The store manager Maria isn’t really good at managing the store. Forgot or gave away half my order. Stood there waiting for someone to take payment no one knew what was going on. At the end I left with nothing because Maria’s way of compensating me was insisting on giving me $5 off(I didn’t want compensation) even after refusing 10 times. Like just let me pay and give me my food

I literally can not. Delivery driver was yelling , barely spoke English then when I call and ask who am I speaking with on the phone the guy says “uhhhhhhhh Chris?” . You’re not even sure of your own name? food was barley cooked. Dough was half raw. Won’t order here again.
