This delivery driver was crossing a boundary. I got a coke and lava cakes. I left specific instructions! “Leave at the door and no knocking” he knocks SIX LOUD TIMES! Regardless, knocking that many times that loudly is ridiculous! Why do you need to be at the door? You don’t think I’m expecting a delivery? And would you think I’m not coming out because I don’t like social interactions? Whoever this Asian guy was (I’m only describing who he was because I don’t even know his name) has NO BOUNDRIES!

Horrendous. Horrific service by delivery driver and management at the store. First, I noted that the food should be left by the garage door and it was left on a vehicle in the driveway??? Secondly, our pizza? Smashed. Called the store and the person answered fought me on where the food was left and only offered the refund when i offered to send pictures of the damaged pizza. Disgusted with the entirety of this experience. Order from Wawa at 2am instead. At least they’re consistent and have decent customer service 🙂

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Dominos customer service has told me to expect communication from this owner for four months now. I haven’t heard from them once. First, I left explicit instructions for the delivery driver to leave my food at the door. He called me several times, confused, and eventually ended up inside my house. I decided to give them another try, not too long after. Thinking that I could leave a tip after my experience (like with Uber or DoorDash) I did not tip upon purchase. Again, I left explicit instructions for the driver to leave the food at the door – not hand it to me. This time the driver called me, asking if I was going to come outside to tip him. I told him how inappropriate this was, and he began to berate me. I did not get to enjoy my food as I was genuinely concerned that the driver somehow tampered with it out of spite. There have been several opportunities for the store to rectify this, and they have neglected to.

I was impressed with the car curbside pickup for 7.99 large 1 topping pizzas. We got an italian sausage and a feta pizza which were delicious and very hot. I was surprised by the poor reviews and im glad the service/food was good.

I felt bad ordering at 11:45 but the hours say the store is open until 12am. After I ordered my pizza (with a 30% tip :-)) I received a phone call from the gentleman working stating “his driver is backed up with orders and he can’t deliver the pizza” I said no problem can I pick it up? He said no the oven is full…we called back and the woman stated the same saying the oven is full and it’s an hour wait. That’s crazy am I wrong??? So they’re only open till their closing time if the oven is empty

I’ve been ordering for delivery on their website pretty often since it lets you pay with cash if it’s under $50. I have no complaints. Everything always tastes amazing…Especially the Philly Cheese Steak specialty pizza, and the Cali Chicken Bacon Ranch specialty pizza.Those are my two go to choices. All the delivery drivers I get are always very friendly. 10/10 would recommend.
