On June 9, 2023, I ordered 4 pizzas for pickup. I ordered at 2:14pm and arrived 25 minutes later to pickup. According to the pizza tracker, the pizza was being prepared at 2:14, so I gave extra time. By the time I got my pizza it was close to 3pm. When I got home the pizza was not sliced in any of the boxes. I am so disappointed at this location never to go there again.

Now I know this is on me because I still order from there despite all the issues I’ve had, but sometimes in a pinch, Domino’s is generally a cheap option and I know what to expect with the food (usually). But almost every time I order, there’s some kind of problem. I’ve received an order that was burnt, super late deliveries, but the biggest issue I’ve had was not receiving the entire order. It’s pretty frustrating and I know the solution would be to stop ordering from there but I guess I’m a glutton for punishment. If you don’t have to order from here, just don’t.

I don’t know about the rest of my fellow Domino’s lovers but for me the app has never been wrong. It tells me my pizza is in the oven, cooking and ready. I don’t live in Williamstown full time but when I want something I know will be quick I yield to Domino’s. For years I would place and order and be blown away that it was ready in 10-15 minutes. I once had one ready in 7 minutes. Amazing service. They truly have mastered the 30 minutes or less game…….or so I thought…..This particular crowded Dominos had roughly 5 individual employees scattered about. The husky long haired man kneeding dough decided to be the front facing customer handler. Pizza ordered at 7:23. App at 7:52 (just under 30 mins) “come on in your order is ready”

You think a national chain whose only job is to make and deliver pizzas would be able to make and deliver pizzas. Very inconsistent with delivery. Currently waiting over an hour and a half for a pizza that’s 2 miles away. If you try to call no one picks up. Not sure if anyone even works there—if there is, they shouldn’t. Might as well turn on your oven after you order, cause this things gonna be cold! Stock up on soda too, cause they’re gonna forget it! Stick to local pizza places, this Domino’s location is a joke.

today is 4/20/23 that should say enough. i literally just had the absolute BEST cheesy bread of my life. it was not under cooked nor over cooked with the perfect edges of slightly, but not too much burnt cheese. im very picky with dominos because its a hit or miss but this was my first experience at williamstown’s domino’s and i will not even lie the cheesy bread is a absolute 10/10, yes TEN out of TEN

This location is a joke. Pizza was never delivered eventhough they assured me it was on the way when I called. Eventually had to go pick up the pizza myself after I paid $5 for delivery. Needs better management.

I placed a 60 dollar order, tip the driver very well, and the soda that I ordered wasn’t delivered. I call the store so they can deliver return with the soda and the little manager was going to drink my soda and give some kind of lie credit, then he hang up on me twice, that’s bad business. He is not only a poor business person, he is also a thief, a no one and a low life.
