Missed half the ingredients, then gave my food a road trip just for fun. They accidently shipped my pickup order as a delivery. I waited 20 minutes in the store after it was done to pick it up. Noone had it in them to tell me why, they just let me wait. While waiting, i got to notice that noone preparing food was wearing gloves! Ew.
The level of incompetence taking place at this store is disrespectful to expose the general public to. The cashier could barely muster up the volume in his voice to ask me to sign the receipt. The staff was absolutely lifeless. I spent 20 minutes waiting here for terrible, wrong food. Once i got home and looked into my luke warm garbage, i realized that there was extra sauce ( not ordered), hot sauce missing from 2 items, a miniature cheese bread, and a regular pizza cut into squares. My wife was sad.
I will go out of my way to never spend money at this store as long as i live. Clearly no management, hiring any goober that has a pulse. It seemed like everyones first day being alive on earth. I wanted to tell them that its just pizza and there is no need to be afraid.
Shut the place down.

I was a bit upset when I heard I would have to wait an additional 20 minutes BUT quickly realized y.. only 1 person was working ppl yelling at him calling him names becuz their food wasnt ready etc n not 1 time did he get frustrated with them not one time he continuously apologized for the wait time he was working ungodly hard n dealing with very rude n ignorant customers I felt for him so much that I gave him a tip becuz he truly was busting his hump n most ppl now days dont put that much effort into anything let alone their work I didnt catch his name but I ask that u plz give that man a raise HE DESERVES IT N MORE!!!! N he alone is y i gave a 5 star rating becuz he truly is the MVP’s the goat of dominos williamstown esp becuz we had a blizzard n this man still came to work IN A DRIVING BAN N STATE OF EMERGANCY THATS DEDICATION

I had the pleasure of dealing with the manager, sorry I didn’t get her name. Sunday was a big storm in south jersey. She had the store open and with a smile putting out pizzas by herself. Thank you for great service and supplying 22 pizzas for my crew , who was out shoveling. Hot pizza is a treat when it’s 22 degrees and your freezing. You are a shining star and Domino’s should know it

I ordered a plain pizza with extra cheese for my 4 year old son and I guess the online order system glitched because for some reason my order ended up having ranch dressing as my sauce for the pizza??? I never even knew you could do that, but either way I never changed any of the sauce status while ordering. The only thing I added was extra cheese and when I called the store to fix the issue they told me they couldn’t do anything about it since it was already made. I am now deleting the entire app as a whole, this never happened to me before and I’m extremely upset that no one could even help me figure out why this happened. Poor customer service. Will never order from here again.

Called me after adding 10+ minutes to my delivery time stating they have to cancel my order because my driver cannot physically get to my house due to an accident. Drove all the way to the store and back home just to prove the point. The accident was a mile AFTER my house. There was ZERO issue getting to and from. And the little girl manager that called me and answered the phone couldn’t not have been any more rude. First time ordering from this location since moving here due to pregnancy cravings and didn’t even get my food to make it be the last. Customer service is enough for me to never order again.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza and it came with only cheese and the steak was burnt to a crisp call the manager Nick and he gave me nothing but an attitude kept speaking over me as if I didn’t have any words in regards to the order he was very unprofessional. I’m very disrespectful. Someone needs to evaluate his position. Shame on your Nick.

Ok, I know many people who don’t like Domino’s. But I have always really enjoyed their pizza. I’ve never been fond of greasy boardwalk pizza. Domino’s pizza always has full flavor and less grease. I remain a Domino’s fangirl.

I’ve ordered from this particular establishment numerous times. However, despite my frequent patronage, no delivery person that works at this particular Domino’s location has or will bring my Pizza directly to my room. In fact, they will make me go down to the lobby to pick it up, claiming that it is “illegal” (based on their initial training, as one recently hired employee expressed to me) and is against the law, for them to bring it up to me directly.
Now I’ve done my research and, in the State of New Jersey there are no such laws that hinder a pizza delivery persons from walking up the stairs and handing their customers the pizza that they have ordered directly. Rather, there are only restrictions or hindrances due to the policies or restrictions enforced by the hotels that they are trying to deliver to that are entitled to enforce that in this regard. There is nothing that might make pizza restaurants restricted to be allowed to come up and deliver a pizza to an individual’s hotel room.

Frankly, the only reasons that I’m even griping about this is because in all my time with so many stays in this area, every other Pizza establishment that I’ve ever ordered from has had no qualms about bringing pizza up to my room or has argued that it was illegal for them to do so.
And as a fun additive, when this specific Domino’s establishment delivers my Pizza, and I’ve prepaid a tip option when I’ve ordered online, they simply drop off my pizza at the front desk of the hotel and then leave. But if I don’t put a tip online, and I choose to tip in cash instead, then they will always wait in the lobby for me to come down. And when I do, they have their handout, expecting some form of tip or remuneration for services that were not rendered.
In any case, I’m an old guy and this is only the third review I’ve ever posted online and the first one that has been in any stretch or context a negative one. But I suggest that if you order from this place online then you shouldn’t tip until they get to your door. Trust me, you’ll save money that way because they won’t come directly to your door.

After paying $60 for two pizzas a Brownie, and a soda I was left with nothing but disappointment the cheese was on the top of the box smashed together also, drenched and sauce, it was so soggy you couldn’t pick up a slice without it falling apart. It was so unappealing to the eye. No one touched anything the brownie was as hard as rocks. I put a Request for a refund through the BOT I haven’t heard anything it’s been a week. I literally just called the store now and the woman who answered the phone proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t be sure if the manager would call me back about $60 worth of food that I did not eat because she has a lot going on !!!But I am so confused because I thought it was the customers who made sure the lights are on and paid the employees. I will not quit until I get my refund !!!! Disgusting food disgusting service!
