I ordered a pan pizza and the first picture is what I received. So doughy and chewy and sloppy. Disgusting.

I called and the person I talked to was so rude. Wouldn’t even let me talk about what the issue was. She said she would remake it and put it through twice to make sure it was cooked. I said I didn’t want a burnt pizza either.

Well I get my second pizza and it is the second picture and yeah it’s way over cooked. I order from dominoes a lot and this makes me want to just go pick up pizza from Naples from here on out.

The only reason they even get 1 star is because the delivery driver, Chris, he was the nicest. He could give lessons to the manager on customer service.

DO NOT ORDER HERE. REPORT IT. Worst domino’s I have ever been to. Major health code violations. Rude employees and management. Ive heard the only people who are ok would be the delivery drivers, imagine that being the only positive to a establishment HAHA. Embarrassing. Dissapointing. Disgusting. Spend your money elsewhere. Another business in its place would be so much better. SERIOUSLY REPORT THIS PLACE AND HAVE IT INVESTIGATED BEFORE SOMEONE GETS SICK AND BEFORE THE OWNER AND EMPLOYEES GET HURT.

Sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s not you’re taking a chance if you order here. With three teenage boys we used to order here all the time, but the quality has gone downhill while prices have gone up. Bacon on your pizza is nonexistent unless you spend extra money and they might add 4 tiny pieces on an entire pizza. Even though the pizza should come with 2 toppings they recently changed it. Don’t get pineapple and ham or you’re gonna have double the sauce and double the cheese and it’s pretty raw.

I would like to acknowledge the General Manager who called me personally to apologize for the wait and delivered it herself.The wait is never long but I really do appreciate that courtesy of calling AND the food was fresh.I would also like to add that on the receipt I noticed the tip I left wasn’t on there.I hope you got it.Your pan pizzas are delicious.

Today I ordered pizza, chose delivery, and had a $50 bill only. My total was 25 but I figured I have to give a tip so it shouldn’t be an issue getting change. The kids comes and said he didn’t have change at all and had to call his manager. The manager who himself has personally delivered to my house numerous times and each time complains that he is the manager and dominoes only hired kids and they always quit and leave him to do everything alone. I was always nice and listened each time. He was the one who called me to tell me I had 2 options either give the driver my money, he run to the store get change and come back with my pizza and money or give the driver my money take the pizza and the driver will come back at some point with my money.

The manager said he only has $20 cash this is a standard rule. I said okay but if he only carries $20 cash my order was $25 with a $5 tip leaves me with 20 if he has only $15 fine I’ll take that he’ll get a $10 tip. The manager was frustrated with me, started getting loud with an attitude I said there’s no reason for an attitude, he said your a liar I have 2 people standing next to me that can prove your a liar because I’m not giving you an attitude. He goes you know what I’m cancelling your order and sending the driver back to the store. I said what is your name so I can speak to your boss he goes it’s Jason and I am the boss and hung up. I have 4 little kids that now have to wait longer for me to order food from somewhere else. I only order dominoes because for whatever reason kids are obsessed with their pizza.

Ordered for delivery. The tracker notified me that the order was out for delivery at 7:15. After 45 minutes food was still not delivered so I called the store and was hung up on. I called back and the phone just rang with no answer. Called a third time and someone answered and then immediately put me on hold but never came back. Then received a call from a different number and was told they were having staffing issues and the food would be delivered shortly. Food arrived barely warm. Better communication could have gone a long way. Best to pick up if you’re really looking to eat here, otherwise order from one of the other places in town.

I order my food. I even called the store after I ordered my food online and asked them to make sure they toast the bread bites crispy. So my order comes to my house. The bread bites are almost raw and the pasta is completely dry zero sauce almost. I call the store and talk to the girl and tell her what the problem is and you can hear the person in the background complaining that he has to remake it even though he messed it up. So that upset me I asked what his name was and the person the phone wouldn’t give it to me. He gets on the phone. it tells me his name and I’m telling him what the problem was and he hangs up on me. These are the kinds of people you have working now entitled 20-year-olds that have no responsibility and do not give a shit about their work ethic or customers. When you’re in the food service industry, you’re supposed to make sure the customers are taken care of. If you sell food, you’re supposed to make the customer happy. Yes I understand. It’s Domino’s, but they’re supposed to have a little bit of standards. If you order something and then call to back up that order specifically how you want it and they completely screw the order up and completely dismiss you that’s freaking ridiculous. So after they hung up on me, I really hope the owner of this store fires that person.

If I could give a minus one I would. I called to place an order over the phone. The girl who helped me first didn’t understand me and passed the phone to someone else. I don’t know for what purpose because she was very rude and impolite, and not at all empathetic with my English. They should take better care of their local and tourist clientele and better prepare their staff for busy days. It’s incredible that on a Sunday they only have one driver.
In the previous order, I ordered cheese bread, pepperoni, and extra cheese, and they mishandled it. They served me extra pepperoni and no cheese. I didn’t really think anything of it. But today, I felt discriminated against, mistreated, and they were very rude and lacking in empathy. It’s clear that whoever answered the call doesn’t care about the business.

Always quality food and made as ordered. Cannot speak to delivery quality as I only do takeout, but employees are very helpful and friendly.

One criticism is there’s not really anywhere to sit down in there to eat, however this is primarily takeout/delivery food so I can’t knock it too much.

I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a merchant, and I’m 66! The person identifying themselves as the “manager” (obviously decent employee availability IS limited) scanned my pizza (ordered for my 5 and 7 year old grandchildren) as “delivered” while it was still in the store! I asked them to void the delivery charge when I had to pick it up, almost an hour later, I was told no, because he was not “losing any money”, and to take it up with my bank! (Which I did.) Then he had the audacity to scream at me to never order from his store again, (because he would still have the other two customers that observed this performance, really?) like that would be HIS decision!!!! I’ll give up the free pizza I earned, never again, not even for free!!!
