Placed an online delivery order with a delivery note to please leave my order at the door. I kept checking the status of my order and it kept increasing the delivery time. I decided to check outside because it was taking so long, and my order was there and my food is completely cold. I checked the tracking again, and it still doesn’t say it’s been delivered. Dominos, please make sure you reiterate to your drivers to update their delivery statuses.
Edit: just called the store to address the issue and asked them to reiterate to their drivers to update the delivery statuses and the gentleman on the phone was very understanding and apologetic and gave credit towards the next order. Really appreciate the accountability they took!

I ordered pizza for my kids, and while my daughter was separating the slices, she noticed a hair baked into the pizza. I immediately called and spoke with the manager, who was extremely rude and dismissive. When I requested his name, he responded, “You don’t need my name,” and hung up on me.
My kids completely lost their appetite, and I will never order from this location again. I will also be reaching out to the owner and/or corporate office regarding how unprofessional and disrespectful the manager was in handling the situation.

Not sure whats going on there. Recommend picking up. Delivery took about an hour when ordered through the app. Food came warm like it was left out. Delivery was left on doormat blocking the door from opening. I know the man heard me when I asked for help, but left. We order here for convenience and it’s happened multiple times. Again, recommend picking up.

I ordered pizza twice and both times the wrong pizza was sent to me and the first time I called Mount Laurel Dominos they connected me to the manager and the manager didn’t even answer. second time , I ordered 3 pizzas tonight, bacon and cheese pizza was okay. 2nd pizza no marinara, olives, pineapple and feta cheese (the pizza sent is burnt in the photo, no olives and no feta) 3rd pizza buffalo chicken feta and no marinara (the pizza sent is buffalo chicken and cheese no feta) And my husband got the pizza and ate it without noticing the mistake so they said they couldn’t refund or remake it. This was the last time I ordered from Domino’s.

Always ordered pizza and wings from here for years. But I deleted the app today and I won’t order from Domino’s anymore.
I ordered deluxe pizza and olives as additional topping.
But… No pepperoni, no sausage, no onions… nothing on it except olives.

I don’t know why the reviews are bad here. My past few experiences at this location has been amazing. The staff are friendly and talks to me with professionalism and friendliness. Today the one gentleman even thanked me for ordering with dominoes. I rarely hear thank you from restaurants nowadays. Pizza was delicious and neat!

This has been our go-to Domino’s for a long time, but after two separate customer service issues today, I feel compelled to leave this review. First, despite selecting the car-side delivery option and providing all the necessary details when ordering, no one came out after I arrived. I had to go inside to pick up the order, and when I returned to my car, the delivery driver pulled up right in front of me. To make matters worse, when my daughter honked and flashed her headlights to let him know she was trying to leave, he flipped her off. These two incidents, happening back to back, are not the level of service any business should be offering its customers.
