When I visited the store, I ordered a loaded chicken and waited for about 10–15 minutes. After I asked about my order, it was finally given to me. However, I noticed that the staff were preparing food without wearing gloves. One of them was handling other items and then directly preparing food without washing their hands. Worst place to order pizza because they do not have any customer service.
First they gave us uncooked Garlic Twist and when we called then they said that bring it back and we will have new properly cooked garlic twist ready.
When I went there that time they pretend that no one called and they asked me that can they put same in oven again and get cooked properly instead of having new one ready.
I waited over 10 minutes and I received my same garlic twist back and unfortunately they cooked that in cinnamon twist tray or paper and make that even worst.

I ordered today 4 pizzas, The cheese pizza were fine but there is no taste, and the two buffalo pizzas that I uploaded the pictures is disgusting the amount of hot sauce was too much and you can’t even eat them because the cheese is mixed with the sauce Which make it hard for the cheese to stay on the top of the pizza, horrible driver Eric so rude and unprofessional but the good thing the lady on the phone she is so polite and respectful and she refunded me my money so I appreciate that, thank you so much to the lady but no one else.

My blood sugar dropped really fast, down to 61 so we ducked Domino’s real fast. We had the $6.99 each if you buy 2 or more deal. So hubby and I each got the penny chicken Alfredo and a medium 2 topping pizza. The food was incredible and the staff was warm andwelcoming

Every time I order online for delivery – w/out fail, an item,which I’ve pd. for is not in my order! 3 xs in a row it was a 2 liter Soda – which the driver “promised” to bring right back! 3 xs had to contact the store Manager & was told it would be included in my next order!?!

Normally I go to the store in Williamstown but online put me here. I ordered my food and got it a little after 11pm (site said they closed at 11:30) and overall I was disappointment.
First off when I got the food all the cheese and toppings on the pizza were all on one side as if the driver held the pizza vertically. I was able to somewhat salvage it, but then the steak on the Pizza was way over cooked and clearly tasted like they were in a rush.
Second we got a create your own pasta bowl with Tomatoes, chicken and Spinach. No chicken what so ever and it looked like they forgot the spinach and just threw a few leaves on top the last second.
Last we got some stuffed cheesy bread which for the most part looked okay (haven’t eaten them yet but I’m expecting the wrong kind at this point) That being said we asked for garlic sauce and got Marinara instead.
Normally for me it’s whatever I’ve worked at a pizza place I know what it can be like but…care more? I mean if I knew this is what it was going to be I wouldn’t of given the driver that big of a tip.

The wrong pizza came out of a website order. It could’ve been my fault. I could’ve clicked on something wrong, but they immediately made the order correct. Appreciate that. Pizza was delicious too. Would definitely order again!

Called here last night at 1130pm to place an order for pickup. A woman answered the phone finally after me calling 3 times. At this point it is 1135 pm. I say can i make an order for pickup. She says hold on let me check. Waits five minutes with me on hold then finally comes back and says i guess you can even though we close in 20 mins. I hungup. Time after time i experience brutal service from this dominos. If you have employees that dont want to work such as that girl then maybe just close down that business. Im in the food industry too and i understand 30 mins before close is annoying but i was ordering one single large thin crust pizza. If you dont want to stop open til 12am or want to shut down 30 mins before maybe you should change your hours. Awful. Never giving this location my business again after multiple rude comments from the staff. Stay away from this location.

Ordered drinks for a delivery they get to the house with the order they tell me there out of the drinks I ordered. So youd think they would of sent others to replace them.
