Last couple times we have been delivered Pepperoni topping instead of pineapple! We are vegetarian and this was just too much for us! I still patiently talked to them, as I understand human are prone to make mistakes. Worst part was how their representative treated me last time – she said “I don’t know what you want me to do now?”, she is like you can come down here and show us the Pepperoni pizza and get a Pineapple instead. I tried explaining her me and my wife are out and we ordered pizza for kids at home, and we already paid delivery fees and tip, least I expect them to do is, send another pizza home with right toppings. She hung up on me. I called them again and talked to another rep, he asked me text him the photo with Pepperoni toppings and then he eventually sent one with right toppings.
Very unpleasant and rude experience, didn’t expect this from Dominos.

Ordered simply 4 medium cheeses, and a small cheese. We were given most of the order, excluding a single cheese that was replaced by a white pizza with spinach and onions. Not only that, but I’ve ordered from this location quite frequently, and only for this one mess up did they directly ask me for tip 3 times (twice on call and once in person).

I don’t know if it’s just me but, every time I order sauce that’s not blue cheese I get sweet icing?? Why would I want sweet icing with my wings? This is the third time it happened to me. I called the store to let them know and I heard a guy (possibly the chef) in the background saying “oh well that’s what they ordered”???. I wish they would properly check the orders first before sending it out. I’m currently waiting for them to deliver the right sauce I ordered.

Every app like Uber eats or grub hub follows the delivery instructions to bring the food up to the room. Never this dominos. They demand I meet them outside. I even got accosted by a delivery driver when I didn’t leave a tip he felt was sufficient after he demanded I meet outside. I won’t be going back to this location

This store is absolutely horrible! I have only ordered a total of two times. The first time the driver could not find my dorm building so he just left! The store, or driver did not make any further attempt to contact me and just closed the tracker. I then had to make multiple calls to the store. This is because the person I was in contact with would either rudely hang up on me or just scream at me. It was not a pleasant experience to say the least. But nevertheless I gave them another chance. Bad idea. I have been waiting for over an hour and it has just been stuck on quality check. Again no contact. I also called the store and they said “everything is fine”. I’m sorry but that does not answer the question on why I have been waiting over an hour for food. Please save yourself the trouble and order from somewhere else.
Update: I just got my food and the driver was extremely rude and even cursed at me under his breath. Again please don’t order from here.

It’s unfortunate that I can’t leave a ‘no star’ review. My daughter, along with many other college students in this location’s delivery area, are frequent customers and follow the store’s protocols. The only address given is the dorm and the driver calls when he arrives for the student’s to meet him/her at the door. Where communication breaks down is when the delivery instructions give a phone number other than the one on the main domino’s account and it is not included on the print out for the driver. Add to that a short staff with VERY short tempers from the rude driver to the manager and the experience is less than optimal. If the driver yelled and then hung up on me one more time I would have called the police. 11/19/2018 9:00 PM

If I could give zero stars I would. I did not receive what I ordered because they were out. Instead of calling me to let me know they sent their driver with a random item. The store then kept the driver on hold while we were standing at my door and wouldn’t correct their mistake. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous. Why would I pay for something I did not order?? For them to expect that is unbelievable.

Have ordered bufallo sauce the past 4 times i have ordered and have not received a drop of it. Yes, i am a fool for trying, but i just really wanted them to prove to me they would put some sauce on and wouldnt forget every single time. This is made worse by the fact my buddy ordered buffalo sauce pizza and the thing came dripping in it. This lack dissapoints me.
