I ordered delivery and the tracking on the app was wrong but I called to check on my order and they were very nice on the phone and assured me it was on its way! The delivery driver showed up not too soon after and was very sweet and explained why it was a little late (it was still in the delivery window I was expecting) – really great team working tonight! The food was still hot too 🙂

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this one hurt my family. Last night around 6:05pm my 4 year old, my self and wife’s RV burned down at harmony campground that was our home after losing our home 3 weeks ago. We had to wait for Red Cross to come help us because I’m coming off a car accident from work hence the lost of home. When we were finally able to get to the hotel nothing was opened besides dominoes. They left me on hold 5 times each one more then 5-10 mins. So I drove to the store my 4 year old was hungry and nothing was opened at all. All our stuff is burned and gone. The experience and photo I have shows all phones on HOOK so no one can call and order mins you I was calling around 10:30-11 not during closing which is midnight. It was ultimately my daughter and wife that suffered. When I told the guys the story, they shrugged it off, even though they were blatantly with the phone on hook so no calls come in. All we wanted was to eat after losing our home truly disgusting and wish I could get everything back but we have a bigger battle ahead.

I placed our order at about 5pm it was supposed to be done by 5:51. We were here waiting in car at 5:55 we checked the tracker again and it said it was picked up. We went in and they told us they are still making it. It is now 6:30 and we just got our food. Oh our bread sticks are missing and one of our pizzas had residue from another pizza (disgusting). Do they not clean the restaurant while they cook? When I tried to call they hung up on me. Need less to say I will not be ordering from them again. It’s too expensive especially for such poor service. I can get pizza closer to home cheaper.

I called to complain about the cookie/brownie that was delivered to me, from this disgusting “establishment”. It is 100% BURNT !!!
I spoke to a worker, then, to the “manager”. Today is Monday, January 19, 2026 @ 4:28 pm
I was extremely polite. Manager called me a liar, and, said, that it wasn’t burnt.
Then, proceeded to hang up on me.

The most horrible delivery I have ever seen. I am literally 5 minutes down the road from the store it takes them between 45 minutes to an hour to deliver to me. While I understand there are other deliveries that is a ridiculous amount of time to be taking. If you follow their tracker it tells you that your order was delivered My order claimed to have been delivered at 6:04 p.m. when in reality it arrived to my house at 6:45 p.m. . They don’t even care if you tell them that there’s a problem and you’re going to order other places The response simply is okay so they don’t even care to try and make a problem right.

A few weeks ago, I placed a delivery order with instructions to put my delivery in a particular location. The driver left my food in another place which resulted in them missing their tip that was in an envelope where I had asked my food to be left. The next day my card was charged an extra $5, without my permission. I have contacted Dominos and was assured several times someone from the store would contact me but it’s been well over a week now and no one has reached out.

HAIR IN PIZZA! I am a frequent customer (avg order is $85). This pickup order was on Saturday 2/15. I opened the first pizza box and noticed long curly black hairs on multiple slices. Then, I noticed it on the 2nd pizza as well; I didn’t go any further at that point. I called the store and the guy who answered the phone was rude and told me to bring them back (15 mins each way = 1 hour of time wasted between pickup and return trips). If I was the manager, I would have sent the delivery driver to pick them up.
When I walked in the store with 5 pizza boxes, I think it was pretty clear I was returning food and should have been dealt with immediately. However, the 2 workers looked at me and told me to wait. I noticed one of the workers was a female with long black hair making the pizzas (mystery solved) – no net or any hair device as required by the Health Department. 10 mins later and a male worker walked in, I told him the situation and he immediately denied it. He claimed to be the one who put the toppings on my pizzas (he barely had any hair) and said “I don’t know how hair could have gotten in your pizza.” If the hair wasn’t from her or her head, then where did it come from – DISGUSTING! I told him I want a refund (I returned all 5 pizzas uneaten) and he stated he already issued a refund to my account. He never apologized – all he did was argue with me. He claimed to be a manager – talk about terrible leadership and upside down customer relations…
UPDATE 3/3 (Monday): 16 days later, still no refund. I called the store yet again and spoke to an assistant manager, she stated the owner does not give her access to issue refunds and he would not be in the store until Wednesday. She is leaving a note for him – again, terrible business practice. If I was her, I would have immediately called the owner/GM and had this fixed now – not 2 days later (which will likely be a deadend again).
STAY AWAY… I’ve been more than patient waiting for them to refund me (not even looking for any compesation for the inconvenience, lost time, ruined dinner, disrespect, etc.). However, considering how poorly this has been handled and most importantly, no responsibility/accountability – I will be filing a report with the BBB and health department.
I woudn’t be posting this publicly but consumers deserve to be informed, since they clearly will not be changing their procedures to prevent this in the future.

This is maybe the second or third time I ordered and my food was delivered over an hour later. The delivery time says 24-27 minutes. The tracking is never accurate and says delivered after ten minutes so I literally have no idea where my food is and have to call. Tonight BOTH of my pizzas DID NOT have sauce. Literally, no sauce. I just paid $25+ dollars and a tip for pizzas with NO SAUCE. Embarrassing. I complained and was offered a coupon for 20% off a menu price item only – and was told a refund was not possible. Will not be ordering here again. A shame because who ever is managing this Dominos now is literally ruining it.

Placed an order for 2 pizzas and cinnamon knots today. When I arrived, I was advised that the order would not be ready for another 20 minutes. There were only two people scheduled to work this evening. I just want to say, they worked their butts off and did a great job. Best pizza ever! Thank you to the young man and woman who rose to the occasion!
