This is my Domino’s to go store in Ledgewood. People are nice, quality is also good. But sometimes the veggies that they add are barely anything. This depends on the individual who prepares the pizza. Their bread sticks, cheesy bread, and brownie cake are some of the awesome ones.

Disclaimer: I NEVER order junk food like but alas, I just moved in town and decided to have a few beers and eat junk food. So I got a large thin crust pizza topped with bacon, pineapple, and onions. It was absolutely delicious. Crispy, decent amount of toppings, fresh and hot when delivered. The delivery was fast and my driver/delivery man was courteous. Thank you Dominoes of Ledgewood for allowing me to indulge!

Absolutely horrible service they always forget items. I am not the type of person to complain but whoever reads this please know that this location steals money. I have ordered 5 times from this place and they always without fail. Forget to bring something u pay for and then tell u they are sending it out and then never show. Took over an hour to deliver one pizza. When I finally received it it was cold. My mushroom toppings we dry. Literally taste like cardboard. I recommend not to get delivery from this place. Carryon “might” be better

I’ve met good people from here before, but ever since this new driver, an older guy, he’s made my Domino’s experience worse. Tonight he demanded I give him a higher tip next time and threatened to not give me my next order, even slammed my food on my hands! I frequently ordered from Domino’s all the time, especially during my long shifts, but I’m certain I won’t be ordering from them again. Shame.

If I could rate this location of dominos A zero I would. I ordered a pan pizza and it was doughy and raw in the middle. I posted picks you can see how light the bottom is and the inside was chewy doughy and not edible. I called and told them and some girl was very condescending and said I’ll need to bring it back so she can inspect it. I said well you will have to take a bite to tell it is very undercooked. She said “ do you want me to help or critique my work ethic. “ I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was a manager. I started to say she is rude and she hung up. I called back and asked for a manager and nasty “chef mike” got on the phone and was just as rude. It was absolutely appalling unprofessional behavior. I messaged the corporate office and threw the pizza in the garbage where it belonged.

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered through the app, my card was charged, yet the store said there was no order. Claimed it was a bank error. Called my bank, they said no, Dominos definitely got the money. Called the store again, texted the manager a screenshot of the order AND the notification from my bank that the charge went through. Tried to call the customer service line, no human help only bots. Luckily, I decided to try a local place. They delivered in twenty minutes, were 5 dollars less for two large pies, and it was much better than dominos. Will never order from them again, and deleted the app from my phone. Manager could have called IT department, I deal with things like that DLL the tone, but customer service is not a priority with Dominos. Neither is good pizza
