The food always tastes like it has been reheated at least 3 times; that’s cooked once and heated back up 3 times! The “quality control” is laughable. The prices are set as if they are pizzeria quality pizza but can only serve this crap. Perfectly even slices throughout. Do better people! It’s pizza, not rocket science.

I ordered food for delivery and my card was charged 3 times. I know mistakes can happen, but when I contacted the store to fix it they were rude, said it happens all the time, refused to help, and wouldn’t let me speak to a manager. It’s been days and the extra charges are still on my account. They know this happens often and still haven’t fixed it or made it right. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from there unless you can afford to pay 3x the amount.

Update: It’s been a minute since I’ve been back to Budd Lake, but in my first return in years, I had to stop by Domino’s and get a quick snack. I’m still surprised to see their reviews low because this is one of the best Domino’s locations I’ve ever eaten at. It made me re-love pizza. Their service has been and was still spectacular during this visit. So good in fact I had to take a selfie! I’ll certainly be back to visit again next time I’m in Budd Lake!
So originally I thought no one out pizzas the hut. Man, was I wrong about that. I am a full converted Domino’s fanatic and couldn’t be happier with the service I got from this location while in town. I’ve been in the Budd Lake area a few times and have eaten here before. But the old husband and wife are gone and this new management is about 10 if not 100 times better. I would recommend anyone to also try their chicken Alfredo, that was pretty good!

Extremely inconsistent. I will order sometimes and its perfect. Other times they will barely put sause on the pizza or just under cook stuff. One time I waited an hour for delivery. Needless to say ill be placing and picking up orders from a different Dominos. (Picture is bread bites)

Nope. We tried to give them a second chance. First time the pizza was cold and missing toppings. Now, the chicken is blackened and tasted disgusting. Never eating here again.

This location is unbelievable. My family lives maybe 15 minutes from the store. Only a select handful of times have we gotten our food quickly and it’s been hot. And it’s always the same delivery woman when that happens. We have had to call in the past and have gotten nothing but grief from them. We received a sandwich that looked like it had been placed in the box and the box was violently shaken. They wouldn’t refund our order or even remake the food. We keep giving this place chances and we regret it every time. Well tonight we ordered about 5 things. I placed the order at 7:09. It said ‘Atif has left the store at 7:23’ and it didn’t show up till 8:15. Apparently we aren’t the only ones who have had a problem with this specific driver. And then once the food arrived, we had an extra item and one of the items was completely missing! Every-time we tried to call the location, it was answered and then we were immediately hung up on. A member of my family had to drive to the location to get the item, what’s the point of a delivery fee if it needs to be picked up anyway?? So unbelievably unprofessional and overall just a horribly run restaurant/chain location. If only the Ledgewood one delivered to our town. So frustrating.

I hadn’t had Domino’s in several years and most pizzerias in the area were closed or closing soon. I ordered a medium Veggie Thin Crust Pizza and picked it up. The dough was as bad; worse than I remembered. Soft, chewy, and undercooked. The pizza wasn’t cheap either; over $15. I would have been better off finding a real pizzeria or Italian restaurant. I also ordered a Veggie Primavera pasta dish, which was actually pretty good; a decent portion for a little over $6. I had to give the owner my credit card to be entered the digitally by hand, which I’m really not comfortable with. When I asked why he didn’t get his swipe/chip reader fixed, he said it wasn’t his, it was “Domino’s.”

It is a place with almost non-existent customer service, the workers of this place are all the time waiting for the cell phone. I was waiting more than three minutes for them to stop talking to each other and deliver my order to me, when they were finally going to deliver it to me my order was incomplete. They grab the food without gloves I didn’t see them washing their hands after grabbing the money

Terrible customer service. 1. Food was so cold had to heat it up due to driver going to wring house 15 min away. ( not drivers fault so I did tip him extra for the extra drive) 2. Was overcharged. When I called to air out my concerns it was brushed off. My main concern was being over charged amd I was told I didn’t mention the “national coupon” of $5.99 deal. I was told that deal needed to be mentioned when I called however I did speak to corporate and they said its a national promotion and they should have automatically applied. They didn’t even bother to fix the mistake or even acknowledge that my food was cold when I mentioned that. I then asked for a receipt to prove I was overcharged and then was told the owner comes in at 7 and he will call me. 3 weeks now and no call. I understand the labor shortage but I don’t appreciate being overcharged and told basically too bad when it was their mistake. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Pizza was really good—hot, fresh, and made just right. The crust now stuffed crust was perfect, and the toppings were generous. Only downside? They forgot to add pineapple on my order (Yes I like pineapple in the pizza). Still, great flavor and solid service. Would definitely order again, just double-checking next time!
