Ordered hot wings. Some had sauce, half didn’t. Called store and she said “ We just drizzle sauce on them” I asked “ Don’t you put the in a bowl and shake them? She said no “ just a drizzle”. I paid for hot wings not chicken with a hot sauce Rash. Guess I’m supposed to shake it like a Kardasians salad. Smh

Please do not go to this dominos. I called there this morning at 10:30AM and I asked how much is it for 32 Buffalo wings. The gentleman that answered the for said that it was $37.31. I told the gentleman that I willl be there later on in the evening to place my order for take out. I arrived at Dominos 3:30PM. I placed my order with one of the Domino employees and he charged me $42.00 for the 32 Buffalo wings. I told the gentleman that I called there earlier today and spoke to a different gentleman and the other employee told me that it was $37.31. The gentleman that was at the register that was taking my order said that the reason why it was $42.00 was because I wanted the blue cheese with the order. I was so pissed that I was being charged .99 cents plus tax for 5 blue cheese dressings. The blue cheese or ranch dressing should automatically come with the order of Buffalo wings. No customer should be charged for blue cheese or ranch dressing. There was a woman there with her very young son. The woman was waiting for her carry out order. The woman saw that I was upset and she asked me what was wrong. I told her that I was being charged for blue cheese and I did not have enough money. The only money that I had was $38.00. She said that she would pay for the blue cheese. I was so shocked about her kindness towards a complete stranger. I did not want to inconvenience her, so I just got two blue cheese dressings. She even went as far as going out to her car to get the extra money. I almost cried, because that woman was with her son and she did not have to do that. I thanked her so many times. The Dominos employee was not even willing to accommodate me. I will never ever do business at this dominos ever again. Also, one of the other employees wiped his nose with a brown paper towel and didn’t even bother to wash his hands. I hope this location goes out of business. I used my EBT card and went to Stop & Shop and got a bottle of blue cheese dressing, because two blue cheese dressings was not enough for 32 Buffalo wings. I hope God will bless that good Samaritan like she has never been blessed before.

The food was your standard ok Domino’s Pizza it probably would have tasted a little better of the guy who answered the phones didn’t sound like I was burdoning him with my calls I didn’t know the exact name of the cookie thing I wanted to order or the cinnamon buns he corrected my inna very nasty way like I was a bad child . He made me feel dumb and a burden to him I was trying to order 2 deserts Wich cost over 30 dollars but there were kids who really wanted it so in it my tounge and apologized for not knowing the exact name of the desserts I was over charged and wasnt allowed to use coupons because I wasnt on the store I reached out to a manager because I infact was over charged and when I told them aoninwas told there was nothing I can do I have to go to a website Wich he didn’t give me a long with the store number and his name he instead hung up on me.. Ive been going to dominos all my life and with out any kind of retribution or even a simple apology I will not be going back . I hope some one from corporate will reach out to me and make the situation better or even a simple apology. I understand things can’t be right all the time and people have bad days but I feel it was above and beyond that I never called with an attitude I was pleasant and also when I called it was not anywhere near a peak time .

I lost my wallet, came in tonight after placing an online order to use my tap to Pay feature but my phone wouldnt work. I was so embarrased, I wasnt able to pay for my food.
Mohammed was extremely patient and understanding, he took care of me.
Ive never had an experience like that, the foods always hot, and the people clearly care. Highly recommend, they went above and beyond for me.

Went to pickup two pies I or.dered on line during the Daytona 500. Guy on his phone texting facing away from the counter tells me one minute till another employee yelled at him to take care of me. Both pizzs’s were burn to death. Went back home and ordered a real pizza fro a real pizza place. This is why I stopped going to this place 6 months ago. Won’t happen again.

Muhammad made our order perfectly and was helpful and friendly when I called. Our food is always exactly what we ask for, yeah we’re light sauce people, and the drivers are always friendly, and get it here in a timely manor. Only Domino’s we like to order from. A+
