Tried to order 19.99 coupon deal they told me my order was 25 dollars I asked why they said they don’t know cause it should be 19.99. I asked for a manager and they put me on hold and hung up. Trash company trash location. I also had a similar issue with the app and it was also double charging and up charging for nothing that’s why I called but I guess Domino’s incompetence is deeply rooted in all aspects of its business. This location is bad but I will not be supporting this company on any level anywhere ever again.

today 9 pm 11/16/2024 , this store manager is rude , doest not know how to speak to customers, first off all gave the wrong order i went home and opened the order was wrong. I came back again and he expects customer to open the order check it, and he was very rude. is this how dominos is treating its customer. Only 1 star because it was the minimal allowed. Please do not even consider. Sadly. I one will read these reviews until after they learn the hard way. This location is pure electronic and you won’t be able to talk to anyone until the cold food arrives at bed time. I ordered at 7:15 pm and was told it was leaving the premises 30 min later for an 5 minute drive. An hour later I learned their online tracking was purely fictional and proves t used to lie about their delivery times with corporate. I tried canceling but they wouldn’t answer the phone after 15 attempted calls over the next hour. I kept looking on my porch thinking they just left it and ran. I assumed the driver just quit and I would t see the good and had to call PayPal to fight the charge. They called after 2 hours for directions and I told them to refund me and cancel bc they wouldn’t answer the phone and that we already ate and they said they could ‘t cancel. It finally arrived over luke warm over 2.25 hours after ordered – they thought a liter of coke would make it all better but I was pretty upset and told them to keep it. There’s zero excuse for this lack of service. Do not pre-tip you will be sorry you did. I went the next day to complain about the cold late delivery and stood there 10 minutes without being addressed and watching them ignore every call before I walked out vowing to never order again any Domino’s and to tell all my neighbors. The Middletown NJ location should have their franchise revoked.

We ordered for pickup tonight. As we are driving to the store, I see Domino’s Carside 2 Minute Guarantee or you get a free pizza. “Park on the far side of the lot!” I scream to my fiance as I press the “I’m here” button. 14 SECONDS later I have my pizza. And the quality? Hot, fresh, steamy. Now I wish we didn’t park on the far side of the lot 🙁

I really feel bad for the people that invest in this franchise. They don’t realize that there are so many other amazing genuine pizzerias in the neighborhood that blow that food away. I was curious just to try it out to see how the food tasted and I have to say it was awful. I would not go back if the food was free. I don’t know why you would go to Domino’s when literally every other pizzeria in the neighborhood is better.
