New staff has no idea what they are doing. Orders take forever with three people standing around playing on phone or chatting. Then they dumped the food out of the tray into the oven and have to remake it so all the other food gets cold while waiting. Not even a “sorry for the inconvenience”. No customer service skills.

Please don’t advertise that you’ll get a free pizza if you’re not given your order within 2 minutes of it being ready. I understand things happen, but I wasn’t offered anything as I waited for over 20 minutes.

Usually we have good experiences with this dominoes but tonight i was disappointed. The total came to $7.45 so my boyfriend tipped $1.55 to make it exactly $9 while I agree the tip was a little cheap it did come to 20% when he got the pizza Alicia rudely said I just want to confirm you left $1.55 tip rudely implying it was a bad tip. When I order and tip a little more Noone has ever “confirmed” the tip amount. I understand the struggle working in the food industry but you cannot rudely a immply they are giving you a bad tip. There was also was meat on my half of the plain pizza.

This place was horrid. We waited an hour for one order of lava cakes. They were very overwhelmed and behind on orders (which happens). Not to mention the cross contamination, the rudeness , people waiting for long periods of time , missing pieces of orders.. as well as the dirtiness overall! I will never go back there. The workers went from handling the computers , telephones , money to handling food without washing their hands. I watched them drop things to pick it back up and use it! Touch people’s food without cleaning their hands. It was disgusting. There were kids running around the back near the oven / conveyor belt. The delivery driver came in from a delivery to start handling peoples food in the oven to boxes again without washing her hands..I know there are a thousand pizza places around but I just wanted some lava cakes. I didn’t even eat them because I was so disgusted. The whole time was a complete shock of how the whole place was handled. Such a shame! Absolutely horrific.

I enjoy their food, but I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. I worked in the service industry and I know things are understaffed and difficult for employees right now, but I ordered a pizza 3.5 hours ago and it still has not showed up. They turn their phones off so that you can’t call for an order status, and I find this to be extremely unprofessional. I would be patient and understanding if they had a way of getting in touch to get an order status, but this is truly ridiculous.
