Zero stars, if that were an option…This is how my pizza was delivered, not to mention the extremely rude manager I spoke to, who could not care less. You can tell the pizza fell out of the box, and was just thrown back in. There are literally finger marks, pushing in the cheese, from where they picked up the pieces. Terrible and very upsetting.

i ordered a large pizza, 24 pieces of hot buffalo wings and 4 blue cheese, when i received my food from deliver. one of the pizza slices was EATEN, i am very disgusted by it, also gave me 2 blue cheese instead. not the first time they had forgotten my blue cheese. i threw the pizza away since i have no idea what else they did to my pizza. very angry and disappointed, NO WORKERS SHOULDN’T BE TOUCHING FOOD THAT COSTUMERS PAY.

5/14 (Wed) My son loves Domino’s and we’ve been ordering pizzas numerous times here at Norwood. Today, my wife placed an order as my son wanted to have some pizzas but the staffs forgot to cook the chicken wings when she got there so they made her wait 30 mins at the store. She asked if they could heat up the pizza but they refused to do so. Pizza was cold when she got home. We will no longer be using Domino’s, ruined our dinner. Very disappointed. Also, she said they picked up and packed the chicken wings with their bare hands, no gloves? Should I take this as normal??

Horrible customer service. Absolutely disgusted on how they treated me. Lied numerous times on delivering my food. My food never got delivered then proceeded to promise a refund I call a few days later asking for a refund and apparently I can’t get one. Never will I order from them again, and it’s so unfortunate because i genuinely enjoy dominos pizza.

We love DOMINO’S and ordered 5 Large pies tonight. We normally order chicken wings , garlic breead, pasta, salad, etc but we’ve decided to only order Pizza Pies tonight. I spoke to MIGUEL in Norwood NJ location and he refused to provide any plates, and stated that they ran out. I asked ( because these pies were for the Girls after the VB tournament) if he can spare anything else since the kids will be eating outdoor.
MIGUEL SAID NO!!!! NOTHING was available…

I have NEVER HEARD SUCH A THING from any vendors.. and he was awful, DIDN”T CARE at all about their services.
I am EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED WITH MIGUEL’S SERVICES AND I WOULD LIKE HIS BOSS TO KNOW what kind of service he provides when he is on duty at this location!!!!

never get my order right. it’s super bowl day and i placed my order hours ahead. first they tell me the order is ready and then after 30 minutes they say they lost the order and they have to make a new one making me wait another 25 minutes. i bring my order home and my order is wrong. i ordered boneless chicken and i open the box to garlic parmesan BONE IN WINGS. so stupid. never ordering from here again

We had ordered pizza from this location online. I called after an hour and half checking in on the order . I was told by Bryan it will be 30 minutes. When I called again an hour later of this call first of they didnt pick up my phone as the number showed up on caller ID. When i called from a different number James told me the pizza will not be delivered and he is issuing a refund. Seriously after 3 hours of waiting an answer like that is highly unprofessional. Anyone ordering at the Norwood location please take note
