This is the worst Domino’s in business. You place the order at 6:45pm and don’t receive it until 9:01pm for some reason. If you try to call the store to see where your order is – no one answers. I was unaware that this location had become self service. Or maybe the staff is full of ghosts who can’t pick up the phone. On the app, it’ll say out for delivery, but don’t bother actually believing it. You’re better off buying a plane ticket, getting to Newark airport, going through TSA, and taking the red eye to Italy to make your own pizza. Can’t even get through to a manager to complain about the service or asking for a refund. Why? Oh yeah, because no one knows who to hit the answer button to answer the phone. Pizza arrived cold and this place sucks.

Called to see where order was and what was taking so long and got hung up on.

I giving five starts to Jonathan. This is the first time someone made my pizza perfect.
I love thin crust pizza, and my pizza it’s usually so burn that I have to throw all the edges and more to the garbage.
Today was different, Jonathan really did a great job. My pizza was crispy amd not burn at all.

Pizza didn’t get delivered for over 2 hours and the store didnt pick up the phone any of the many times I called. Delivery guy was rude. Couldn’t even get in touch with the store to get a refund so I’ll have to back-charge my credit card. I ordered food from somewhere else and got it delivered before my pizza arrived.

It was ok. I ordered through uber eats. I suggest u go on there website and order and pick up. Save money . I got the Philly cheese steak pizza. A lot of mushrooms not enough meat. But I enjoyed it. Especially with ketchup on it.

I ordered 20 wings 10 plain wings and 10 hot Buffalo wings, when I arrived to the store this guy was packing my wings with hands without gloves and I told to the manager why this guy not wearing gloves if he’s touching my food and her answer was so rude she said that that’s how they work.
When I got home I open my box and they forgot about my Buffalo wings. I won’t recommend this place.

I usually have pizza night with the family every friday. I have been a long time fan of Dominos Pizza but I have to say this location in particular is terrible. You place the order on the app for delivery and they take 2 hours to deliver majority of the time. They send the delivery guy with multiple orders at once and by the time you get you “Piece of the Pie” its soggy and cold. The last couple of times my delivery did not take as long but the you can tell the pizza was rushed through the oven and was undercooked. They really need to hire more staff and receive the proper training not only to handle the food but the phone as well. When you call to ask about your order the staff is not nice at all and sometimes not even helpful. Thumbs down for this location!

I’d like to share my recent experience with Domino’s in Englewood, New Jersey.
I placed an order for two pizzas and cheese bread. While the pizzas were delivered, the cheese bread was missing. I called several times, and after over an hour, the cheese bread finally arrived — cold and topped with jalapeños, which I did not order.
When I addressed the issue with the delivery person, she was extremely rude, dismissive, and seemed to take pleasure in the situation. Her behavior was unprofessional and disappointing.
Please be cautious when ordering from this location. I hope they take steps to improve their service and customer care.

We ordered through Uber Eats. The delivery guy left the boxes outside on the ground and he was rude. The pizza was terrible it was overcooked and dry and cold I would not serve this to my dog. The only thing that was good was the Lava cake.
