I’m shook at the customer service at this location.
My pizza arrived over 1/2 hour late.
I called and associate on the phone was very annoyed that I called.
Delivery driver super rude when came to drop it off and when I opened the box. The pizza was cold and it had a hole in it and of course as expected cold.
When I asked for a refund they couldn’t give either to me only to send another one…

Every time I order from this Domino’s, the experience is awful. Orders are either missing, wrong, or even undercooked. The delivery drivers are rude and careless. When you call to fix the issue, the staff treat you horribly—as if you’re begging for a favor, instead of them doing their job. This place needs to seriously improve, because right now, it’s a disaster.”

The most incompetent set of workers. I ordered a chicken habanero sandwich and received bread with cheese and pineapple. My pizza barely had any toppings on it. I’m sick of paying & tipping for BELOW standard food. All I got was an offer for a discounted pizza. I want my money back!

Wife ordered a few things. I wanted to try the stuffed crust pizza. Food arrives in a timely manner. Driver was very nice so that’s a plus. The food on the other hand … well let’s just say you could give children play-doh and a pretend pizza may be a better option. The food was cold. I don’t mean slightly cold I mean all heat had run from this food as fast as you could imagine. Parmesan bite things.. flavorless. I’m not expecting Michelin star food but man.. way to disappoint. One pizza was a collection of grease and underneath that grease was something you may or may not refer to as “pizza”. Just grease on grease on grease. So much oil I could save it when my car is due for service. The other pizza had been warm once because the cheese was melted to the top of the box.. so that was new. Needless to say my wife called this location, asked for a manager. The person said “I can help you” but wouldn’t identify if they were or weren’t a manager. After explaining the situation he says “would you like a refund” to which my wife said “yes” and his reply was “well we can’t do that” and then goes on about how were the only complaint they’ve had. Part of me says that’s amazing, and the other part of me wants to call BS. Needless to say between the terrible food and rude “management” I’d stay away from this location. Find a local pizza place, make your own, buy a frozen pizza… hell I’d say the play-doh pizza might make for a better option than this sloppy excuse for “food”. I’d give them zero starts if I could.

The driver passed my house once so I tried calling the store. Some picked up and immediate hold this went on for about 10 minutes. Than I see the car pass the opposite way still not turning on my street. When the guy at the store finally answered he laughed in my face. As if tonsay why are you calling worried about the food you just ordered and paid for okay. Anyway the driver came and apologized for being late which was nice. But the guy at the store who might be a manager very very very rude customer service is lacking

I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself! Your cook is terrible at making pizza! Every Friday I order pizza and I have been so disappointed these last couple of weeks. I was put on hold,for my whole 25 minute route there. Was still on hold when I entered the restaurant smdh thought I can order ahead and just pick up but NO ONE,came back to the line. Was not even compensated for the long wait on phone line or in store. Smdh that was insane!!!

I am distraught. My bf ordered a pizza for delivery on Tuesday last week and the pizza never delivered. We called dominoes that night and they said the refund will come in 2-3 days. we waited 6 days and we never got our money back. They keep saying to call back later and i think they gave me the managers number to call them but the manager has never called us back to solve this issue. They keep making up an excuse saying they are busy but I’m honestly over it. This is ridiculous. I was nice at first but its gotten to a point. Its been a week.

20 minutes late. Guy didn’t even bother to look for the ONLY house with a porch and the lights on with giant numbers on the door. Made me meet him AT HIS CAR. And all that for this. Maybe pickup is fine, but don’t order delivery here.
