I order from here cause it was convenient. But I just can’t do this anymore. 1st problem I had a delivery drive stole money from my mom when prepaid online.2 delivery driver never delivered my food had to go to the actual store and now this I’m all the way home to tired to drive back. My lil one is just going to have to learn to like papa John’s.

Awful service. Ordered for a 11am delivery. The order wasn’t even the oven by then. I called multiple time to get an update. I got no answer until 11:20 am. At that point I told them to cancel the delivery. I needed the pizza for a short window of time. They refused to cancel my order when I let them know that it was too late. The lady on the phone was very rude and left me unattended for multiple minutes. She dropped the phone on numerous occasions saying “oh my god” or “ughhh”. Worst delivery experience I have ever had.

I’m Muslim I ordered pizza for carry out I get to the restaurant the guys don’t wash they hands after touching pork they don’t wash off the pizza slicer after cutting pizzas that have pork on them they don’t wash they hands or use gloves this place is nasty.

I ordered on door dash for contactless delivery. I have Covid-19. The “dasher” was apparently a delivery driver. He shut the app down a street away so I couldn’t track him anymore which was weird. Then he called repeatedly until I answered and I came outside and he was four houses down. That’s when he came yelling and screaming about how I should answer my phone or something. Then he shoved my order in my hand at the door and continued to argue with me as I was saying I was using DoorDash and intended not to come into contact with you. But DoorDash or not, how bad are you at your job you don’t know how to read numbers on houses? How does this man have a job delivering pizza if that’s the way he does it. Also the food quality was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone except the employee who couldn’t find my house and was a little baby about it
